After much research I decided to purchase the X900F. The picture produced by this TV does not warrant the TV’s high price. I have friends with much cheaper TVs that have better pictures. I have tried every calibration setting I could find and am not impressed. It is always possible my problem could be with the signal source but I have both satellite and cable and the picture is disappointing with each one.

Well, the first tv's motherboard went bad in 6 months. After 2 attempts with new motherboards, Geek Squad finally said the tv needed to be replaced. So we are scheduled for a replacement tv to be delivered.

Bought this because at the time, 55 and smaller OLED TVs weren't available yet. Now, I wish I'd waited. The picture clarity just isn't as good. We have issues reading the Guide from 15 feet away. But we have an older OLED in another room and can read the guide easily from 20' away. Way too late to take back.

The Screen clarity is not that great on 49inch TV may be because of pixel ratio. But rest all is good

I could not decide between a 43" and the 49". After a week I knew I did not like the 49" because I could not see the entire picture at one time but had to keep shifting my eyes. Can not get anyone to return and the return date although I was told is extended to April 30, 2020 I still cannot get anyone to exchange for the 43" TV. Also, I have been trying to talk to someone at the Geek Squad since I purchased that along with the TV to help with settings, teach me some things and maybe get a better picture on the TV. And learn how to stream. So not real happy.....

Sony is a trusted brand. It syncs perfectly with the kids play station

There is occasional Netflix app hang up issue, other than that it is an excellent TV.

Good, but lacks older connections and too quick when entering an input

Yes, I may just be behind the times but spending money on a great pic but having lousy sound seems stupid. Yep I was clueless. Don’t sell am expensive tv without being open about what also needs to be spent to hear it. I get why the tech is like this. I would have bought the audio if someone in the store had told me

The mounting screws are garbage, so be careful if you are mounting it.

My Samsung curved tv is much better and I bought that tv 2 years ago.

Bought the first one. Geek squad set up. I was playing around with it. Lost the picture and then it just died. I thought I did something to it. Unplugged everything going into the wall into the tv and other components. Nada. Best Buy brought a new one over and seems to work fine

I replaced a Sony with this new model Sony and enjoying it

Great TV so far. Good experience with BestBuy till date
