Worth the extra money over VIZIO. I thought I had no issues with my 2 year old VIZIO. After getting this one I can see it’s well worth the price. Colors, smoother frame rates, more inputs.

We bought this to replace a 10 year-old Sony TV. The picture and sound is wonderful. My only complaint is sometimes it will freeze up, but that may be our Internet connection.

The freezing issue you mentioned could indeed be related to the Internet connection. To troubleshoot the freezing behavior, we recommend performing a soft reset on your TV. This can often resolve temporary glitches. To do this, press and hold the POWER button on your remote for at least 5 seconds until the TV restarts automatically.
Also, you may enable the simple IP control by going to settings > network & internet > home network > IP control > simple IP control, this will enhance the network connection on your TV.
If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected], providing your name, username, model number, a description of the issue, and your telephone number. We are here to assist you further.

BB supplies Sony brand Bravia TV. Good product for the price. Customer service very knowledgeable.The only concern that BB needs to provide dept phone number extensions so that customers can directly follow up with their orders

TV overall is great! Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is Sony's oddball mounting screw hole size. Bought the Best Buy Essentials wall mount and ended up having to get screws from Amazon to screw the brackets onto the back of the TV. The screws that came with the TV are too short to re-use.

Absolutely gorgeous picture and TV very slim and lightweight. I got this TV used in excellent condition and it even came with its original box & all accessories line it’s never been used. This TV is amazing!

Beautiful picture. Great size in my living room; not too small, not too big. I upsized from a 40". My old TV was a Sony Bravia too. Highly recommend this brand.
