    I haven't put down my sony since buying this lens. Trying to teach myself photography and the image quality on my sony a6000 has dramatically improved since upgrading from the kit lens. Must have lens!

    The Sony 50mm OSS Prime Lens is a great compliment to my a6000. The images are sharp with great brokeh and shallow depth of field. This is the one that I leave it on my camera most of the time.

    This lens was not compatible with my A& in that the aspect ratio was wrong and the noise from the auto zoom was too loud but if I had the right camera for it it would have been great.

    This is my first prime lens, it takes great pictures, especially in lower lighting conditions. I wish I invested in one a long time ago, the service at Best Buy is awesome.

    Very sharp images, can't go wrong with the 50mm. It does take away the compact size of the Sony alpha series but if you want clear pictures you won't be disappointed.

    Excellent lens. 50mm is pretty limited but in the right setting, it's great. Price is right but shop around before purchasing. Best Buy is always good to me on price matching.
