Purchased this on Black Friday (2021) which knocked off $1k from sticker price. This to me was great deal. Couldn't say no to this. I've had this for over 12 months now and I am 100% happy with my purchase still. I have connected to my Sonos Arc, sub, and rear speakers and this setup eliminates the desire to go the theaters. Well worth the money especially considering I don't go to the movies anymore (which I would stay closed permanently because of COVID).

This is a very good smart TV if you can get it on sale. I wouldn't recommend paying full price for it at this point, considering it is a 2019 model, and it doesn't look like it supports the latest Google TV operating system. I don't know if Sony plans to update it any time soon to support that, because it seems they're more focused on their newer 2021 models. If they do, that would be great and I would be super happy, but I'm not feeling bullish about that. Otherwise, the television has great picture quality, the colors are beautiful (like OLED should), it has a nice interface from the most recent update, and it works very well for the most part. I'm very happy with it having found it for a very good discount. But if you're going to spend $2k+ for a TV, I'd recommend looking at their newer models, such as from the XR series.

After researching the different oled TVs in the 55” range, I decided on the 55” master series oled even though it’s a 2019 model. Has most the same features as the newer Sonys. Fast refresh rate that some other company’s didn’t offer. Call me old school but I like having the 4 hdmi inputs. Color’s on this tv are brighter and bolder. Has a learning remote that also controls the cable as well. The only downside that I can think of is the remote in not back lit. The speakers are very nice although I still use my zvox. Deeper base with the zvox.

Wow was shopping for a new LG had I great one from 2012 still using but wanted to get an oled now. Best Buy had this in the corner not on or marked or nothing with it. Had to look up about it was on sale. Employee plugged it in and looked it over and was sold. The speakers are very impressive I don’t even have to use my sound bar and sub anymore. The picture is fantastic the colors pop and I even have to turn the brightness down a little. Overall very impressed and the employee actually knew a lot about TVs. Wasn’t just reading the description on spot trying to sell it to me.

Outstanding picture quality from any angle. Easy to set up and to connect to a sound bar. This is my second Bravia and worth the premium!

This was #1 in consumer reports. The 2020 version is too new to be reviewed. I liked that this one has a stand that sits flat on my TV table. The 2020 has legs. The picture quality is perfect. The remote for the smart TV is simple to use and switches from TV to Netflix, or other apps seamlessly. I was a music major and had made up my mind it was time for a sound bar. I paired it with a Sony HTZ9F 3.1 ch HDR Sound bar. I got both at a Black Friday sale in Oct and all is perfect. My only problem was caused by my Spectrum box. Luckily my installer figured that out and led me in the right direction. Enjoy.

easy to set up, easy to control, this tv has the finest picture quality I've seen. I use a soundbar but the in screen speakers are awesome, too. SO happ with y purchase.

This tv is amazing! The best sounding flat screen on the market without a sound bar. If you aren’t familiar with this tv, the sound comes out of the screen. The picture is also unbelievable! Also all the cords on the back are concealed to make for a very clean look. Attractive stand, not some cheap looking plastic legs. You won’t be disappointed. I was also able to get rid of my Roku box since I can get any app on the tv itself.

I couldn't be happier with this TV, the picture is just amazing. I love how the blacks are black and the colours are so vivid. I highly recommend this TV!

Love the tv, very good picture, however sounds do not sync to lips. Sony tried to fix it, still not perfect. Don’t like the Dish remote as it keeps freezing up.

Superb picture. The color and detail are wonderful. Movies, Nature, Travelogues are incredible. Sports and regular TV are like being there. Very pleased!

I've only had the TV for ~1 week however I'm sold on it. I bought this tv because I needed a smaller tv (55") to fit my space and I wanted the improved picture you get with OLED. They all look great in the store however this one delivers a great picture in my house as well. Lots of built-in apps means I can ditch my Roku, one less connection. The built-in sound is adequate however I'm planning to upgrade to a soundbar in the near future.

Outstanding clear picture, especially with dark/black backgrounds. Extremely easy to switch from tv to streaming options with a click of the inputs.

I've owned a number of Sony tv's but this is the ultimate in every way! It's been two years since I noticed it and have monitored it until I thought this was perfect! Pricey but worthy the money. Absolutely no regrets!!!

the Sony OLED far surpassed all expectations. Higher cost sure but what a difference it makes. Wish we had room for the 65" or 75" but we had to fit the demands of a lift built into a beautiful cabinet. Now if only two old people can learn all the bells & whistles - they were explained very well by the installers. If you get an opportunity to view this in a store DO SO -- BETTER YET TAKE IT HOME by the way installers were excellent

Excellent tv! Great picture quality and slim design looks nice in the living room. Sound quality is also good.

The demo content in the store always makes EVERY TV look their best, but then you get them home and it never quit looks the same. Luckly I got a sales rep that actually let me play 4k bluray on each tv so I could compare the colors on each. This was the best part. After getting it down to 2 models, I chose the Sony over the other model only for the fact that the sound was a lot better. If you have surround sound, it probably wouldn't matter, but the fact that I can use this as my center channel and my other speakers for the Dolby Atmos sound, that is what sold me on this.

Great T.V. , This T.V. is so Cool the T.V is very Thin and had panels in the back so you can hide all your Cords, Great Picture.

the resolution of this tv is fantastic. the colors are splendid. it was easy to set up and the operation is intuitively simple
