Outstanding picture -- high-res. The picture is so sharp that it gives the illusion of 3-D depth. The sound system is very good and tracks speakers around the screen.

The only trouble we had was hanging above the fireplace. The sales rep was very knowledgeable when selling this tv. We were looking at another one when he said for the use of what we were doing with this would be the TV to purchase.

Have the Sony 4k 800m2 player and the sony receiver hooked up to internet and roku thru receiver! No need to run it thru tv just receiver! Tv shuts all 3 off together! No codes! Sony is my fav Brand!!

RETURNED! Horrible user interface

Remote won't control my soundbar requiring 2nd remote. The built-in media player sees USB thumb & hard drives but not any files. Only one 3rd party video app (Kodi) could see & play my files but if I interrupt playing video it forgets what & when was playing, taking a very long time to find it later. Would have to use a separate media box (which I own) but then need a 3rd remote control. Even tho it uses Google TV, Chrome or other Google apps are not supported. Can't even sideload Chrome! Many top android apps are not supported. Getting to almost anything took multiple (5-6+) clicks on the remote even channel changes. The TV I want to replace takes an average of 2-3 clicks for most everything. Sony boasts voice & alexa support yet doesn't publish a list of those commands. From research there aren't too many & some are lengthy. The picture quality is fantastic. But the user experience is absolutely horrible. Numerous times I got frustrated just to get to something I wanted to watch. It also pops up messages (everything's an ad) making the experience worse. I even got constant messages that it would add more Netflix suggestions as I'm using Netflix often. Yet I don't use Netflix at all! RETURNED the TV back to the store 3 days later. I was at the point I would have thrown the remote at the TV screen if I had it any longer.

A Sony Bravia Lover

It is the second Sony Bravia that I have owned. The last one I bought was purchased probably in 2010 and it is still doing well. I needed a second TV, so my natural choice was another Bravia.
