Customer service over the phone needs a lot of help. Was even promised a $40 gift card for a mistake your team made for my inconvenience that was never recieved in the mail as promised. I asked to use the $10 gift certificate but they didn’t know how to do. I contacted Cust. Service and rep indicated within 24 hrs they would credit my acct. Still haven’t recd the credit. Pls contact me on this.

I did not get a sound bar. I hope this TV lasts as long as my first Sony Bravia smart TV, 15 years!

Great picture and sound, fairly easy setup.

But the setup was straight forward, and easy to use with my wall mount. The design is slim which helps keep everytning looking good. I am excited to use more!

The voices were to be much better for someone with hearing aids as they projected in store ???? That is not the case .

For the voice clarity issue, we recommend going into your TV's settings and navigating to Settings > Display & Sound > Sound > Sound Customisation to try activating the Voice Zoom feature, which is designed to isolate and enhance dialogue. If you are using a soundbar or receiver, ensure the audio is set to a "Voice" or "Dialogue Enhancement" mode for the best results, as the in-store demonstration may have used optimized external equipment.

It had aging issues, but not picture. This TV does not look any different to us. We replaced it because it was coming on by itself, slowing..

1. Power Cycle: Unplug both your TV and your internet router from the power outlet for two full minutes, then plug them back in. This refreshes the network handshake between the devices.
2. Check Distance: For a stable wireless signal, ensure your TV is located within 25 feet of your router. Walls and large furniture can sometimes interfere with the signal strength.
3. Wired Connection: If the router location allows, try using a wired Ethernet cable for the most reliable connection, especially when streaming high-definition content.
