I have a 55” and a 65” in the Sony of these series. I absolutely love this tv! I bought this 55” for my parents for Christmas. The picture is incredible, clear and crisp! The different modes make any movie, show or sport feel like you are there! If you are in the market and looking, look no further! This tv is worth the price!

Was going to buy a Black Friday, name brand 55" tv. I ended up purchasing this Sony, as it has 4 HDMI jacks and better sound quality. Now that I have had a chance to play with it and use it, I have a few more things I really enjoy. I love the way it instantly turns on. You do not have to wait for this tv to turn on at all. As soon as you hit the power button, the HDMI 1 lights up and the picture comes on. Amazing. I also really enjoy the remote control. My old TV had the worst remote. This one is terrific and smooth. I only have one negative. The Xfinity remote does not work this Sony TV. I may have to do some deeper research on this, as I find it hard to believe they don't work together. For now I am a double fist remote guy. I also enjoy the sound. On my old TV, we could crank it all the way up and never understand or hear anything. This TV is great. We can understand what is being said and it still has decent volume. Picture is very good. Seems better than my old 4K TV. Anyway, I am very happy at the moment with my purchase. I am glad I stepped up and got the Sony Bravia. Seems to be a quality TV.

This is a great TV to have in the other rooms of your house. The menu isn’t as intuitive as some of the other TVs I own specifically the Samsung models. I sometimes have trouble getting the TV to respond to the manufacturer remote especially when trying to select item using the center button. Admittedly this could be an error on my part however I also can not get the onscreen keyboard to select the .com button once I click it I get the option for .org and .net

The X800G has excellent image quality for the price! The colors and clarity is great and motion blurr is almost non-existent. I was surprised how clear and loud the sound was when I first turned it on. The smart functionality works great as well.

It was easy to set up, hook it up to the internet and it will do wanders for you, and finally to top it all off, link it to a good sound bar system, believe me, you will over enjoy watching TV. Can’t wait for the next deal. Thank you Best Buy.

The picture quality is excellent. Its Android OS allows installation of many apps from Google Play just like an Android phone (but certain apps are not available for Android TV). Sony TVs are most probably better than Samsung ones (that's why they are relatively more expensive than Korean ones).

I purchased this tv in November 2019 and I am glad I did. This tv is replacing a Samsung which had a nice picture, but nothing like this one. The picture is extremely sharp and bright, I haven't made any adjustments to it at all. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this product

I looked and looked at TVs for a good deal for three months was wanting a 65” but I finally selected this Sony 55”. Made the right choice I feel 65 “ would’ve been to big for my living room. I am very happy with this 55” Sony what a great picture and WiFi Compatible. Sony makes a GREAT Product. Glad I waited and researched and picked the best it was a bit more money well worth the price.

I might be a little biased because I bought a 65” Sony before getting this one for my bedroom but I have to say, awesome awesome tv. I was fortunate to get on sale because the new models are going to be rolling in. Great picture, fast apps, and easy controls.

Stopped at BB to look at televisions. In the market for a tv to put in the four season patio. My thought was to look now in anticipation on upcomeing black friday sales. But once at BB saw that the Sony was on sale @ $300 off list price. And they also had an open box Sony (only missing legs) and I am securing it to the wall in the patio. I Win!! It looks great up on the wall and has a wonderful Sony picture. The sould is great as well because I bought the new Roku soundbar with built-in roku! I win again!

This is our 2nd Sony Bravia. This is the best picture of any television on the market. This TV is very user friendly and is easy to set up. Best Buy did exceptional customer service upon delivery!

Bought this TV for an upstairs game room. Had it mounted and the picture quality is so amazing. The colors are so much better than my old samsung tv. Being able to see it on display definitely pushed my decision to get this tv over any other.

Setup for this TV was easy and the remote was simple enough to figure out. Initial setup prompts are intuitive. The picture is both clear and vibrant! Also, hooking up additional devices was simple to figure out. This was so worth the money!

Sony definitely has the best picture quality on the market. I like that it has Android on it as well. Other brands use a proprietary operating system for the smart features. I have been amazed by the color vibrancy, clarity and detail.

The picture quality from this tv is awesome. i also like the fact that is a smart tv which means you don’t really need your cable to have it running. There are a lot of apps on it. Am going to get me the 65 inch for my living room now.

So far so good. Only disappointment is that most of my feeds top out at 720dpi, so no big upgrade in picture quality over the old Sanyo, just bigger. Nice improvement in sound quality, particularly off the antenna. Lots of features that I'm having fun learning. Got the screen mirroring working. Now I can display my photos stored in my ipad on the big format. A bit annoyed that the price has dropped $100 since I bought it. Nice to find out that the remote for my old Sony VCR works with my brand new TV. (Yes I still use the VCR about twice a year).

To be fair, we jumped from an 8 year-old 32" tv to a 55" 4K UHD tv, so the review might be skewed just because of the amazing picture. But it's also great to have a Smart TV that can jump straight to Netflix and lets you stream to it.

Never turn down a Sony. This is a very pricey 55 inch screen but the quality of it is exceptional. I was able to buy this Open Boxed so I saved some serious $$$ on it. Excellent/superb quality simple to setup great feautures, etc.

Love watching sports and action movies. It all looks great on my new Sony 4K. I get a little motion blur at times but not enough to make viewing unbearable. I highly recommend this TV and am very happy with my purchase.

Great viewing, clear sharp picture, easy to operate and would also recommend the Sony sound bar system that was purchase in conjunction with the television be added as well!
