    Bought this to replace my Sony 55" when it died...i LOVE sony! Found it on sale! Sony is expensive but for a reason...its the best! Well worth the money both times especially since it was on sale!

    Excellent tv for the money! I ultimately returned this unit because it was a hair too dark, however the colors and blacks are fantastic. I was advised not to buy this tv for the brightness of my room and didn't listen so thats on me. If you are on the fence about this or the Bravia 8ii, the 8ii is hands down the way to go! If you want to save some money, this tv is great if you have a darker room.

    This TV is AWESOME. Great picture, easy to use, flexible, full of features and fast on/off. It has the best picture of any TV I have ever owned. This is my 3rd large format Sony and it outperforms any other TV I've see.

    I did not need a new TV. I have a perfectly good 55" Sony Bravia XBR that works great. I took my wife to Best Buy to get a new I phone and while purchasing the phone I was amazed by the picture quality of the Bravia 8. So I decided to buy it. I am so happy with the color and black levels of this TV. It was an excellent choice.

    I purchased this as an open box item. I was pleased it was listed accurately and met all of my expectations. Many times, a dealer will mark an item incorrectly just to sell it.     My first OLED and my first Sony and I'm genuinely blown away. It's a gorgeous picture, and to anyone concerned about OLED's brightness (I was one of them) I think it's more than enough for most situations. I'll admit I have a very light controlled living room but I think even in a fairly bright room it will not disappoint.

    This SONY TV has a stunning picture quality. You would think OLED TV are all the same, that is not true. I bought a different brand 2 years ago and the difference is big! I chose this one because professional reviews mentioned the sound quality and I did not want a sound bar. I was very please with the powerful sound of that TV!
