    Purchased the 65” about 4 months ago and I love the picture. The downside is the sound isn’t great without a soundbar or another sound enhancing unit.

    I love my new Sony Bravia 8 , the picture and colors are awesome , and android is super fast to navigate thru different apps. Why pay more for the new Sony bravia 8 mark ‼️ when you can get 2024 version for a lot cheaper ain't much of a difference between the two sets when you can tweak the setting to get the same type brightness of the newer 2025 Bravia.

    So far the TV is great ( I say so far because the first one I got died after 3 weeks - stopped working, with the picture failing and then the unit made a clicking sound). Best Buy was great - took the set back and replaced it. The second unit has great picture and is working great so far.

    Excellent sound and picture. There is no lag (thinking) when switching between channels, inputs, or apps like my old Samsung. Sound is decent for tv speakers. I love the voice zoom since it’s hard for me to hear voices during movies/shows. Picture is crystal clear.

    When I was in Best Buy , I fell in love with this tv . The quality I saw in there made me purchase this tv . When I got it home it hits different than what I saw in the store . Not as high quality as I saw it . But overall I’m satisfied with it . It’s still a good tv . Thanks Best Buy

      We’re glad you’re overall satisfied with your purchase! TVs are set up for Shop Front display settings, while in a store, which are very bright and vivid and a bit different due to optimized lighting, but we’re happy to hear it’s still a good fit for you at home. Having said that, the quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. As a workaround, you might try adjusting the picture settings, such as increasing the brightness or switching to a different picture mode for a more balanced look. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].

    Had the 2022 version of this tv but fell victim to a VR gaming accident. Stuck with Sony because of the picture quality. This one is even better than the earlier version. Sound isn't the best but pair with a Sonos and sub and it's great!

    Perfect picture quality, the best TV I've seen in my life. This is a best in class TV, the Bravia 9 has negligible improvements making this an absolute steal with recent price decrease. Sony will always be the best quality TV in the market and this model continues to lead the way.

    Love this TV. One beautiful picture and makes my PS5 come to life. Paired with the Bravia 8 soundbar = amazing sound. The only issue is with the native You Tube app and Judder. All other apps are great and the workaround for YouTube tv is to use the PS5.

    I just replaced a Sony Bravia that was 15 years old and basically nothing wrong with it except getting old. I never had one problem with it so I bought another Bravia that was bigger. Love this tv. So bright and vivid blacks. You won’t be disappointed!

    Good TV but not very intuitive to use menus. print on screen is very small and hard to see. Menu layout is odd . Great sound , color. Good TV just not the right one for us

    TV was packed very good in the box. Easy instructions, the legs of the TV could be in 2 different positions. This was important to us so it would fit on our TV table. Also a very clear picture.

    Setup was fairly easy. Once done, we couldn't believe how amazing the picture was! Extremely clear. The sound is great even without the sound bar. I am glad we spent the extra money to get the OLED version. It was well worth it. Our last Bravia lasted 15 years. I hope this one does as well!
