    Beautiful screen. GoogleTV can be a bit buggy. Occasionally need to hard reboot the TV due to certain apps, like YouTube not loading properly. Recent firmware update introduced some strainge buzzing/ticking noise from the speakers when playing the PS5. The noise disappears once you open a menu screen and randomly click around. Unacceptable for a TV of this price.

    Best picture quality ever I went to the store. I did not know I’m dealing with Sony promotional person which basically told me all the rest of the TVs are no good except of the Sony TV It’s a great TV, but I probably spend $1000 more than I would to get the same quality TV if Best Buy would use their own employees to give an honest opinion of what TV is the best for my money I guess that’s why a lot of people buy on Amazon!!! And that’s a shame because it will cost us customers in the long run

    The picture quality and color are phenomenal on this tv. The older movies and tv shows look fantastic with this Sony processor. I replaced my 2016 Samsung SUHD with Quantum dot display that I ran for 9 years and probably 18hrs a day so I’m hoping this tv will hold up just as well. My dad used to always buy the Sony products in the past, even those heavy tube tvs

    The Sony Bravia 8 has more negative reviews on other sites than Best Buy so do your research. The TV worked well for 1 week. After a week electronics issues surfaced including not being able to select an HDMI input and issues with linking to WiFi. Fortunately Best Buy agreed to take it back and exchange it for an LG C5. The C5 has a noticeably brighter picture. Also, the GoogleTV interface is not good.
