    Best picture quality ever I went to the store. I did not know I’m dealing with Sony promotional person which basically told me all the rest of the TVs are no good except of the Sony TV It’s a great TV, but I probably spend $1000 more than I would to get the same quality TV if Best Buy would use their own employees to give an honest opinion of what TV is the best for my money I guess that’s why a lot of people buy on Amazon!!! And that’s a shame because it will cost us customers in the long run

      We are very glad to hear that you are enjoying your new BRAVIA 8. Regarding the brightness, you can easily customize your picture settings to achieve a brighter display by following the steps in our guide here: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00190409.

      Additionally, we would like to reassure you that the clicking sound you hear when the TV is powered off is normal and is not a malfunction. These sounds occur when internal parts expand or contract slightly due to temperature changes in the room or the TV itself.
