    Love this TV for its beautiful screen quality. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the TV will randomly turn itself off. It has been happening more frequently. I’ve only had the TV for 4 months. I saw other people in the reviews have the same issue too.

      Hi Angelica, we're beyond pleased to hear that you're enjoying the magnificent picture quality of the Sony - 65" Class BRAVIA 8! Our OLED screen individually and expertly controls over 8 million self-illuminating pixels, for deeper blacks and more dazzling colors. We do apologize on the other hand to learn about your TV randomly turning off, here are some settings you can check to resolve this issue.
      1- Using the Sony remote control go to settings > system > power and energy. Here you'll need to turn off:
      - Power saving
      - Idle TV power off
      - Auto shut-off
      2- Using the Quick settings button (wrench icon) you can look for the [sleep timer] and make sure it is also turned off
      We hope by turning off these settings the issue gets resolved, for further troubleshooting and a complete guide on why this maybe going on, you can check the link below:

    Two trustworthy technicians mounted our Bravia revision and melded our sound system. The staff also connected our set to the WiFi and updated all apps. Upon departure we had established a great working relationship with them.
