Great Value. Great colors. Would recommend to my friends

Originally purchased A80L - 65". I found it to be a bit too dark and immediately new this was not a keeper. Next day went to Best Buy in Mt. Laurel, NJ. to return/purchase next model up which is the Bravia 8. Absolutely love the 8! Picture is great, crystal clear with plenty of detail and most of all bright without having to max out brightness. Equally delighted with the service at this store. I have not received such fantastic and prompt service like this in over 20 years from any establishment. I was dreading going to the store for the return/upgrade but, the first two young men a ran into teamed up and one proceeded to process return while the other individual went and got the tv. I was in/out of store in less than 5 min. Turns out the first Bravia 8 was DOA just a black screen would not turn on. I was annoyed to put it nicely but returned to store several hours later to now exchange this defective unit and a completely different staff again provided me with exemplary service, and I suddenly did not feel to frustrated. Again, exchange was made promptly, and I was in/out of the store in less than 5 min. Whomever manages this store is doing a fine job. And the employees deserve a company sponsored picnic or tickets to a game for performing outstanding customer service. Almost forgot to mention the team at Best Buy also removed tv from my vehicle and loaded exchange/replacement on all three visits

While the service from the sales team was exceptional and I was very happy with my choice of the Bravia 8, once home the television will just shut off, recycle, restart and almost to a minute exactly, do it again. I had SCE come out to check my power and an electrician come to check the interior electricity - all okay. I went back to my local Best Buy to ask a Geek Squad member what the issue could be (I showed her a video of the television shutting down and restarting three times in three minutes) I was told she didn't know and that I could not return the television. I'm not sure if it's a Sony issue or not, I was told by one of my favorite Best Buy sales people it's probably the power supply, I am saddened I now have a very expensive paperweight and will have to call Sony and probably not be happy with the television or the return policy. Having said that, the television has a great picture, and the Google interface is lightyears ahead of my previous 6-year-old Sony Smart television. It's not as bright as the new Sony 8 II (which I was thinking about trading mine in and getting but, I can't return it.) but I really like the picture.

Excellent picture, clear, sharp contrast. Can be seen from any angle in the room. Great sound with speakers in the screen itself. The remote is easy to use however it does not light up making it difficult to see in the evening after dark.

I originally bought the S90 Samsung 65" but after getting it home and set up I had dark sports floating around when it was on for a hour or more. When the spots weren't there I start to notice that the reds were set way to high and the picture looked fake. I retutitnto best buy and started talking to one of the blue shirts about it. He took me over to the Samsung and LG booths to see the differences. Then asked me if I had considered Sony, which I hadn't. All the reviews say Samsung or LG with Sony a distant 3rd. Once I saw the Sony Bravia 8 picture I was in love. It was by far the most natural picture out of the three. So, I paid the difference and brought it home. I've had it for the last month give or take a few days and I absolutely love the natural hues and lifelike picture. I am so glad my Samsung had a bad panel. Thank you to BB for their generous return policy and Sony for the amazing panel they delivered. Another thing I almost forgot about the Sony is that it is a sturdy frame, the S90 felt like I was going to break it every time I adjusted the horizontal or vertical axis. The Sony doesn't feel like it's twisting or anything. It an almost perfect piece of technology.

This OLED TV delivers impressive picture quality. Colors look vibrant and accurate, black levels are deep and inky, and the TV handles motion smoothly for sports or action scenes (used for super bowl). While it can be pricier than some competitors, its overall image fidelity justifies the premium for many serious home theater enthusiasts.

Sony Bravia 8 Oled TV has excellent picture quality. It is a quality product priced appropriately. I highly recommend if you are looking into a new TV. It is also a smart TV.

We have truly enjoyed the tv. The picture is very clear and clean. The picture and sound are far better than our LG TV which was comparable in size and quality. I am very impressed with Sony and very pleased with their product.

Awesome picture quality and love the menu screen, allows direct access to differ shows in different apps. Easy to hook up additional systems. Didnt give 5 star because it does freeze up randomly every so often, i have to turn off and back on. Not sure if software issue or not.

Incredible TV!!! Picture quality, sound, features and ease of use/operation are off the charts. The Geek Squad installation team was outstanding. The TV was installed and explained. Questions were answered. Wireless headphones and DVD player were set up to work with new TV using the TV remote. Best move I've ever made.

The Sony Bravia 8 is a fantastic TV that delivers stunning picture quality and immersive sound. For the price, it's hard to find a better option. TV has incredible picture quality. The OLED display makes the colors look vibrant and the blacks are very deep, which makes movies and shows look amazing. The setup was simple and the Google TV interface is easy to navigate. Apps load quickly and streaming in 4K looks very sharp and smooth. The sound is also surprisingly good for a TV. Overall, this is a high-quality TV and a great upgrade for a home entertainment setup.

Sony makes great tvs and this 65" oled tv is no exception. I'm really impressed with the picture quality when watching 4k movies and playing games.

Picture looks great, I'm a Sony fan due to how good there motion is on low as I'm susceptible to the soap opera effect. When I compare this to the other top 2 here are my favorite feature. I think the rest of the stuff visually is pretty comparable between LG and Samsung. This lets you pick crosshairs and only comes on when you start playing PS5, cxrosshairs are dot, cross and something else. You can also pick your color. I think I'm a better player cause of this feature otherwise im old and kind of suck at gaming but i enjoy it. The other feaure is using settings to quickly go into eco mode, I like this to basically dial down the tv for late night viewing. AKA I sleep with the tv on so i want it dimmer and also the sound to stay at the same level so it doesnt wake me up when youtube decides to put on 10 second ads and crank up the volume. This is a 65" I bought. I went from a Panasonic Plasma 65 in the spare room. I enjoy the contrast much more on this. You shouldnt have buyers remorse. Also overall for what it is the sound is clear and enjoyable for casual gaming or watching tv. Again CASUAL, means it wont make your ears bleed. Nice job Sony.

Sony has always made a grea television. It has beautiful color, so crisp & clean. Almost like sitting in the movies !!

We are very happy with the tv. It has great color, and clarity. We also purchased a sound bar for an added enhancement.

This TV provides a relatively good balance on performance and price. I appreciate the Sony hardware and Google software combination. This is a good buy for those who already have a home gaming console such as a PS5 and don't want to pay more for random bells and whistles from new AI features, where it is only worth if you don't have a PS5 or other console to support you on that end. The integrated speakers are great for those who can't fully go in on an external sound bar if you have close neighbors. The sound is still punchy and dynamic. The only Con is that it takes some experimenting with the setting on your OLED brightness ranges between different media outlets. Especially if you use it for gaming, but it does come with an adaptive feature that for brightness that helps with generic media switching.
