It's true that "Vivid" mode can sometimes make older movies look blurry because it enhances everything so much. For the best viewing of all content, especially older films, we suggest trying "Cinema" or "Custom" picture modes. These settings offer a more natural look and can often resolve that blurriness. You can also fine-tune "Sharpness" and "Reality Creation" in the "Clarity" settings for a perfect picture.

This issue often relates to specific picture settings designed to handle varying room light. We recommend checking the following:

Light Sensor: Ensure this setting is enabled in the picture settings to automatically optimize screen brightness for your bright room.

Picture Mode: Switch to a Custom or Cinema mode, as these often provide a more balanced starting point for HDR.

Gamma/Black Level: Try increasing the Gamma setting slightly to lift shadow detail and make dark scenes clearer.
