    It is a very bright and clear. We have it on our sun porch with lots of sun coming through and it is still bright and clear.

    Maybe not has good as a A95L but half the price for same size. The acoustic surface is actually pretty good. Paired nicely with my AT-A7000 as center sync.

    My 65" Sony Oled TV has not functioned correctly since the first time I turned it on. The verbal command on the remote control does not function correctly and always displays a station I did not ask to be displayed. The TV also displays stations from an earlier time of day when a TV station is selected. There are so many issues with this TV if I had to make a purchase again I would NOT buy this TV! I am NOT happy with this item - Sony 65" Oled TV. I will be purchasing a different TV VERY soon!!!!!!

      Hi MichaelM, we are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has not been as you expected with the TV. We understand how frustrating it can be selecting the station you want and being redirected to another one, this is something that should not be going on. Here are some useful steps we would like to recommend to solve these problems:
      1- Restart your TV by holding down the power button on the Sony remote for 5 seconds and select "Restart"
      2- Check if your remote control is updated, you can go to Settings > Remotes and accessories > Remote control > Software update
      3- Make sure that your TV is also up to date by selecting Settings > system > about > system software update > Software update.
      Also is worth noting that the functionality of the Sony remote control to change channels is dependable on different factors like the external device (cable box/antenna) or streaming app that you are using.     Sad about the tv

    I just want to say Best Buy in kennesaw ga. Is awesome! But the tv I bought wasn’t that great. I gave 2 stars just because Sony is a good company. But this tv is very dark. No matter what setting it’s dark. I a m truly sad about this purchase. Sony products last forever so now I’m stuck with a terrible tv for years. The 14 day policy is not long enough. I had help putting it up and couldn’t get help getting it down in the 14 day window. So now I’m stuck with a not so great tv that cost 2229.00 I payed on sale 1899.00. That is a lot of money for a tv that we don’t like at all.

      A BRAVIA 8 OLED TV should not be very dark. It sounds like a setting might be causing the screen to appear dim. We recommend going into the TV's settings and checking the Picture Mode—if it's set to 'Cinema' or 'Custom,' please try switching it to 'Standard' or 'Vivid.' Also, check the Ambient Light Sensor setting to ensure it's not dimming the screen unnecessarily.

    Controlling tv and sound bar plus Directv tv has been difficult with 3 controllers. Tv does not automatically connect to streaming tv without extra efforts

    I had to get it warranted out. If you have a problem just return it immediately and don’t try to troubleshoot it since Bestbuy’s return policy is so short. Sony handled it but it was several hours of being on the phone. Great picture quality though with the new one.
