    Somewhat more difficult to set up than most TV's. Picture quality is good but not too different than much less expensive models.

    Picture looks great. One mounting hole had been damaged. Probably why it was open box.

    its okay for a 2024 when i thought i was purchasing a 2025 because it IS 2025, its ok. why do you advertise a product as new and you sell an old one. if you want to sell old stock (1 year old) then advertise it that way.

      Hi Katie,

      We are sorry to hear that the default settings on your BRAVIA 8 feel too dark. To quickly brighten the picture, we recommend turning off the Eco and Ambient Light Sensor settings in the Power & Energy menu, as these often dim the screen based on your room's lighting. For a more vibrant look, try switching the Picture Mode to Standard or Vivid, and ensure Peak Luminance is set to High. Thanks for choosing Sony.
