    This TV is outstanding, we would give it 5 stars. The picture is sharp and vivid. Best Buy sales team in Northville also 5 star. Overall rating for the delivery and install would be a 2 star. For a 65 inch TV one person was sent, the TV was going upstairs and his attempt to bring up the stairs was inadequate and clumsy, hit walls etc. I asked him to call for assistance or wait for my husband, I even offered to help to get up the stairs. At one point I had to stop him asking if Best Buy was going to repair my house, literally had to repair wall and spit clean carpet. I was also worried the TV would need repairs. He saw my concern and started to be more careful. My husband came home and was able to finish assisting with the install. I was very surprised at the delivery and installation of the TV. Best Buy needs to look into the company they are working with, it was truly my last impression.

    Super nice television!! Easy to assemble and install. The picture is just what we wanted clear and crisp images. Can’t beat a Sony!! Changed out a 2012 Sony that was still good for an updated model. Try it!!

    This tv is Awesome! Great picture, sound is awesome without a sound bar, easy to connect to apple air play, screen mirroring, You can easily connect to YouTube and free tv. It’s worth buying! Totally recommending this Sony TV. It’s the best tv out there.

    I’ve always been team OLED. I needed a TV ideal for a bright room with alot of windows. So I decided in the Bravia 9. The quality of the picture on the Bravia 9 is everything i need for this room. I like Sony TVs because of their processing chip. This was my first LED purchase and this doesn’t disappoint.

    The best TV ever! The picture is incredibly bright and vibrant. It’s truly stunning. It also synced perfectly with my PS5 and turned on VRR and just works perfectly! I always used to buy Samsungs but this tv has made me a Sony fan girls

    Big step up watching movies. Has so much more depth than my previous led. Set up wasn't as smooth since google home didn't recognize the TV. So went through it manually which took a little more time

    The Sony Bravia 9 is a “must have” for any sports, movies, or general TV watching. The upconvert has the best picture that I have ever seen. The 1st time set up was easy and the menu is easy to navigate. Great purchase on my part!
