Basically plug your cables in and then hang it. 2) Storage is pretty light. If you want to run Kodi with a huge library and a bunch of the larger streaming Apps, you can run out pretty quick. 3) USB storage is unreliable, it occasionally just thinks the USB stick disappeared, so it's not really an option to move Apps to USB 4) Remote control input doesn't seem to process at a higher priority than other tasks and isn't lossless, so if the TV is busy "thinking" then it can take 20 "volume down" pushes to lower the volume by 5 steps. Overall, I think it's a great TV

We were upgrading from a very old 42" LED and we choose this Sony 65" OLED based on the comparison of brightness, details and overall value. We have had this TV now for a few weeks and it's working great and I actually love that when turned on it goes to all the choices of programming from TV antenna to online streaming. Love this TV so far! We use a sounder so I can't comment on TV volume.

I watch TV only in the evening, so I don't care about the extra brightness of latest LED panels. For everything else, OLED is far superior. Blacks are so black, even more than my old plasma tv. I went for this model, rather than LG', because it has Google TV, a nice plus. Design is more elegant as well. My was an open box, I saved an extra 300$, nice experience overall with best buy

Incredible clarity and picture! BUT….

The blacks looks great as well and aren’t grey/bleached out. There are two drawbacks to this TV that take from a 5 down to a 4 for me. The first is that of the 4 HDMI ports, only 2 are HDMI 2.1 which i can live with and the second is what many others have said. The screen simply cant get all that bright no matter what you do so if this matters a lot to you, get the LG C2/C3 series which is brighter and just as clear also has ALL 4 HDMI ports as 2.1. If you have an Xbox Series X or PS5 like me, this TV will not disappoint. I just wish Sony made it a little clearer how to make sure you have 120hz active for the consoles in terms of how the HDMI ports have to be configured in the TV itself.

Sony Bravia 65” OLED TV (review)

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a 55” LG 4K LCD that had horrible blocks/streaks of backlighting when seeing certain content onscreen; very obvious bad quality. [This was my friend’s TV.] Also, the streaming channels vs storage space caused many audio glitches with our sound bar. Regarding this 65” Sony Bravia OLED: 1) I did my research for timing of 8K TV’s - not enough content being broadcast. I wanted quality, affordability and endurance to upgrade to. 2) Picture quality was my first goal - this TV is one of several choices. Seeing such TV’s on display side-by-side helped, as well as asking several questions about each. 3) Needed streaming channels (without memory storage issues) with ability to watch any and all I do or might subscribe to. Until there is more 4K content being broadcast, I am very happy with this TV’s ability to upgrade the broadcasting to view 4K-like content. If I really want to, I can search streaming services to view 4K content; YouTube even streams up to 12K, if not higher content, mostly travel, animals, under water, type content. This really helps to make buying a TV with a picture quality that the broadcasters are not yet geared towards worthwhile. Sports content really stands out on this TV compared to [our] older 4K TV. The color output is superb. Compared to [our] other 4K TV, it’s like comparing apples to oranges. Also, being tech-minded, I found the ability to control the picture quality was very easy to work with. Even after the Geek Squad finished setting up this new TV and left it on the vibrant setting was not too bad; but I needed to “normalize” just how vibrant it should be. Sound quality from this TV is really good, but we bought the Sony Sound Bar with Sub Woofer and Rear (surround) speakers that was playing with the demo TV. I knew that quality was going to cost a bit and am thrilled to have bought this TV. I just wish there was more 4K content than what is currently available!

The TV itself is wonderful: great, clear picture and the capabilities of it are outstanding. The blacks are deep, the whites are clear, and the colors are outstanding. About the only picture issue I have is that 4 out of the 5 pre-sets are useless. I cannot imagine needing any of them. I'm also less than impressed with the sound. When I tested it in the store, I was assured there was no soundbar of subwoofer activated and was impressed. That turned out to be a lie. The sound doesn't suck, but it's certainly not up to the level of an external sounbar/sub setup. Overall, I'd recommend it, however as the picture is that great.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Myself and I am sure many others in the market to purchase an OLED are concerned about the overall picture brightness of the A80K and I will say in my viewing environment it is plenty bright enough for daytime viewing. This tv is located in our bonus and I wanted a tv that could make movies look their best while still being a good gaming tv all being delivered at the right price. If watching during the daytime hours we have a large double pane window directly to the left of the tv and smaller one directly across the room. I can say we have no concerns with watching content during the day. Our previous tv in this location was the Sony X900f which was and still is a great tv however some dark content was near impossible to watch on it during daytime hours whereas the A80K seem to ironically perform slightly better...dont get me wrong it a dark scene during daylight hours of day is never ideal but somehow the A80K seems to perform slightly better. I believe some of this may be related to how dolby vision is implemented differently between the two sets (TV Led vs Player Led). Either way if you are on the fence just get the tv as I am sure you will enjoy it. Picture - Great Sound - Good for a tv (far better than the x900f) but I still use our dedicated 5.2.2 setup Smart Features - I do not use however they seem very snappy with minimum lag Out of the box picture - For the most natural picture use custom and make tweaks for your liking and I am sure you'll enjoy.

I am impressed with the calibrations it made easy to dive right in and enjoy the media that is in 4K with Dolby Vision or HDR. It even calibrated watching Netflix for me with ease. Picture is outstanding even for older films! Glad i switched. Same price also. Sony 4k led was a nice tv also but oled looks nicer in my room!
