The picture is amazing, and the OS is awesome! The only downside is I wish the remote had a “Picture Off” button. My A8G remote had that and the great thing is it works with this TV.

If you are going to put this in a very bright room, I would go with a brighter OLED. But I enjoy the 120mhz gaming and the motion is so smooth. The blacks on this OLED are the deepest I've ever seen. All around a very decent choice for the budget conscious person that wants an entry level OLED.

Even though the room has a lot of natural light, the picture still looks great. Do not notice much or any dimming of the picture brightness. I would buy this TV again without any hesitation.

I love the picture and the features. My only negative comment on this one is the remote will not control volume on my Sonos system. I had to buy the older IR version on Amazon.

Sony ak80k 65 in OLED TV somewhat disappointed

We're sorry to hear about the issue with this TV. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you still have this TV, please disconnect the HDMI cable and reset the power supply.
1. Make sure both the TV and other device are turned on.
2. While turned on, unplug the power cords for the TV and device from the electrical outlet.
3. Disconnect the HDMI cables from the TV and other product.
4. Wait 60 seconds.
5. While the HDMI cables are disconnected, plug the power cords back into the electrical outlet.
6. Turn on the TV.
7. Re-connect the HDMI cables.
8. Turn on the HDMI-connected product.
The TV should now detect the HDMI signal from the connected device and operate normally. If there is still a problem, disconnect the HDMI cable from both products and then reconnect it in the opposite direction. In some situations this has been reported to resolve connection issues.

I like the option for different stand heights- I have mine raised up to the highest level to accommodate my soundbar. *Keep checking the website (and competitors) for potential price drops. Best Buy dropped this by $300 a few days after I bought it, and they did a quick match (refund) via chat. *Avoid open box- not worth the risk with such a big purchase. I got a surround sound system that was sold as being in excellent condition online, it took them half an hour to find it in the back, and they brought out an incredibly beat up (dented, no box, no remote, no cords) speaker and soundbar that looked like it belonged in a pawnshop. They refunded it, but it was a waste of time and the Best Buy employee indicated that this is a common occurrence.
