The finish on the panel isn't glossy which really helps in situations where windows are open and bright lights are on. It also carries the ability to play IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision/Atmos, and pretty much anything you'd need for that home theater experience. - For an OLED

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a U7G which is probably the best TV I’ve ever owned but there is one major issue with it, the motion handling. Too much judder on panning shots such as the side of a mountain or anything with fine details. So I decided to purchase another tv just because the juddering was that bad. I started off purchasing the LG QNED 83 series and though the motion was better, it just had too much blooming. Returned that for a Samsung Q80 and it was a minor upgrade but I just wasnt feeling the over saturated colors with no details. I finally gave in and got into the OLED realm and boy I can tell the difference. More refine, more detailed and color seems to pop but on the accurate side of the spectrum. Do I believe its worth $1000 more than my U7G. No. My U7G actually puts up a very good fight with this A80K. Some sceans my U7G does better but as far as judder, this Sony takes the win. I do still see some ghosting around certain things but I really have to look for it. This A80K may be my main tv for the next few years and I love it and i know you will too.
