(goes totally black in areas that should be different shades of black or grey) Seems to be the nature of the beast with OLED TV's

You can easily tell the difference in picture. Pictures are more brighter. Google TV voice command is more responsive than my old one. The sounds are more sharper and louder than the old one I bought A80J. Didn't have second thought when I purchased this TV and I am very happy with it.

So Disappointed

It was much more money than we wanted to spend but the size was right for the space we have and it s very thin, which is great. We were encouraged to buy a sound bar because “…they don’t put money into the sound because it’s all about the picture quality.” The tv arrived and it took about two hours to get the wall and sound bar mounting brackets attached and the tv hung. We turned it on and immediately noticed a dent in the screen or in the image. The picture quality doesn’t disappoint, except for the defect. We called BB right away to report it and they were very prompt in sending someone out to exchange it. We hung the replacement tv and the SAME thing! A dent in exactly the same spot of the screen. You can’t really see it until the tvs turned on. I also don’t recommend the sound bar unless you want a thunderous experience every time to watch tv. It’s so loud and booming that we have a hard time hearing dialog over the other sounds. My husband is so upset because it’s a very expensive purchase! It must be the way they’re boxed or shipped but he was so frustrated that he said to just return it and we’d never buy from BB or Sony again. I didn’t make the call the 2nd time. I’m astounded that 2 tvs can have the same defect. It was either keep it or return it and not try a third time. Not happy at all!
