Realistic with vibrant sharp colors
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The colors are realistic and vibrant not overwhelming. The shades of black are sharp and not washed out black like some televisions. The two guys from the Geek Squad did a clean and professional installation. They were able to reuse my old tv bracket.

MUST buy this one!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow. Just Wow! Great picture, audio/ bass, design. Just read professional reviews online. They are spot-on. Watching our first 4K movie on the TV blew us away. The audio was incredible. The tilt on the TV with the stand installed isn't even noticeable when watching the TV. Geek Squad services are a must! Those guys are as awesome as this TV.

Excellent 65” TV QD OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new TV was delivered without scoffs and fingerprints which another reviewer reported. Delivery and install crew have not seen that either. It was Sony 65”AK95 OLED vs LG-G2. Without any hesitation, Magnolia sales at Best Buy said choose Sony AK95. I did and I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Wall mounted and a perfect fit with my Yamaha soundbar.

Overall, I’m satisfied with Sony’s OLED TV.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m still learning the various features of this OLED TV. I’ve been mostly looking at YouTube videos or some other streaming stations, so I haven’t really exercised the video aspect at all. The remote control is very well constructed, better than I’ve seen on previous televisions. The confusing part for me, is the screen acting as a center speaker. I’d like to add an external speaker system, but the television is mounted flush and has no room underneath for a sound bar. Also, I’m not sure whether a center speaker is needed if the TV is acting as a speaker. Overall, I’m satisfied with Sony’s OLED TV.

Fantastic
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While all the dorks on YouTube overexaggerated when they compared QD-OLED vs WRGB OLED (I have a C9), Sony’s first crack with this new techn display panel is fantastic. The custom picture setting is the way to go.

Great TV, terrible packaging. Inspect all Open Box
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV overall is impressive, but came with a damaged screen due to packaging where the foam mold rubbed against screen and damaged AR coating. Can't believe products are sold this way, let alone Sony as a manufacture did not correct a well documented issue.

Worked for three weeks, now a line of pixels
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to love this TV, was delivered 3 weeks ago, just turned it on and I have a line of red and blue pixels down the screen on every screen, no matter the input. Of course it cannot be returned as I am beyond the 14 day window and now have to have it serviced. For a supposedly hand picked panel I expect much more.

Top notch picture but quality control issues.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off I have nothing but good things to say about Best Buy. I would recommend them to anyone. I had such high hopes for this Sony qd-oled tv. I did lots of research on this Television for 6 months before i purchased it. After initially being amazed by the picture quality for one week one of the hdmi ports showed a pink fuzzy screen. I called Best Buy and they immediately set up an exchange. After one month of having the second set half the time when the TV would power on it would show a green screen but there would still be audio. The only way to fix this was to do a power cycle. I called Best Buy again and they are doing a replacement with the LG G2 OLED Gallery Edition TV. First generation tech on the qd-oled has alot of issues and it's worth waiting till the tech has been out awhile and the issues fixed. Thankfully Best Buy has been very helpful in this process.

Network Connectivity Issues interfere with 4K
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Problems with the TV network adapter. Hard wired ethernet will not play more than 360p. 480p drops 10% of frames. Wireless connection shows similar issues. Frontier Fios 500/500 shows 480/512. TV shows 598Kbps on YouTube Stats for Nerds. Interupted audio and video bufferingWill return and replace this unit in the hope that this issue is not systemic with the latest Sony product line. No way to determine connection speed in Sony menus. 4k upscaling is not evident while watching OTA or cable. Rather disappointed in the performance as 4K rendering is not possible in my home. Geek squad has visited the problem and noted that it is nit a network problem. It appears thst Sony may have a bad batch of network cards or mainboard connectivity issues. May have to look at Samsung if the next units have similar issues.

Almost Perfect
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic TV. Colors are brilliant, Motion and Video processor are top notch. My rating is 4.5 stars, as it's better than good. :) Pros: Beautiful picture quality for movies and gaming consoles. Motion issues are non-existent. No video lag. Great up-scaling of lower-grade video sources Zero viewing angle degradation. No Text or Closed-Caption blooming that plagues Sony TVs. Very good built-in speakers (which I don't use) Cons: Expensive. Black Crush is a problem, especially while viewing SDR content. SDR content tends to be dim in general. Only 2 of 4 HDMI ports are 2.1 and fully support eARC. If you want to connect your Atmos Home Theater, then you will only have one HDMI 2.1 port left. Does not support 1440 144Hz gaming. Still looks amazing, but this is important to some gamers. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this TV. For the value, the LG C3 is better. The video processing isn't as good, but the difference is not worth the extra money. Plus the LG C3 has 4 HDMI 2.1 eARC capable ports

Best in Class
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most amazing television I have ever owned. The picture quality, the depth of colors, thin frame are truly masterclass. With so many options at OLED what truly separates the Sony Bravia A95K apart is the QD OLED technology. This allows for more color range while not sacrificing brightness. The XR processor truly changes the game by analyzing the content to recreate it the same way we see and hear in the real world. The premium price tag, and 2 4K 120 HDMI ports are the only knock on the TV. If you have the budget and want the best in class this is the TV for you.

Sony A95K = Superior color and sound
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Superior color and sound from this Sony Master Series A95K QD-OLED TV 4K screen. The Best Buy Geek squad installed it with no problems at all. In fact, the very day it was installed, the Geek Squad member detected a Sony software update that I told them to install and it worked perfectly! The Google operating system works smoothly and the cognitive XR processor optimizes color, clarity, contrast and motion of this 120Hz processor. In addition, the Sony aluminum TV remote control is ergonomically well designed, durable and quite responsive with the Google operating system. My Sony A95K hardware and software is leaps and bounds above any TV that I ever owned before. So glad that I purchased it!

If you are on the fence about this tv, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

65” 0f Perfection
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried the A90J and the A80K first because they were less expensive. Finally exchanged for this A85K. Worth every dime! Picture perfect out of the box. I had to upgrade the software & unplug the tv a few times to reset some of the apps, like Apple TV. I am not a gamer. I just love to watch tv & movies in my home. I had the geek squad mount it on the Sony mount. The remote is lit at nighttime. If you’re a Sony loyalist, splurge and get this tv. It’s beautiful.
