I returned it and payed the upcharge for a brand new sealed TV, and its been great. Great picure. No glitchy apps, streams with no glitchyness like my older Samsung would. I approve of this TV, and would recommend it to anyone. This replaced a 2016 Model Samsung that had constant backlight issues. Hoping this will be better.

Better than a QNED

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The brightness can actually almost match an Oled.Was planning to buy the TCL U7 but when i went to the store I was blown out how it is brighter than a QNED which was next to it especially when looking from the side.It was on the higher end on my budget but I had to get this tv.Im hoping that Sony would live up to its name when it comes to quality but so far its all worth it.

I went from an older Samsung Crystal LCD and it's not even comparable. If you can spring it and care for a little bit more light/dark display, I'd say go with the OLED but otherwise this is still an amazing TV. I broke it in with Dune and paired it with a Hisense 5.1.

My new tv

And a big shout out to the guy who literally did go the two extra miles for me. He answered every single question. He was very intelligent on TVs and different options and stuff that I never even heard ! I think his name was Darren or Darrell. He’s been at the Best Buy for a while and works in the TV department the nicest guy and patient he worked with me for two hours making my purchase on this TV to get me what I really really wanted.
