Picture quality is good, however there are lots of issues faced like display got frozen, tv turned off abruptly while watching, Roku stick not working properly etc..

TV works great. Use it with an antenna, plus streaming. Once in a while it will not show a channel but it is a quick fix to reset.

The Sony 65” television and sound bar with rear speakers is awesome.
Thank you for your feedback, KevinB. The XR-55X90L model operates on the Google TV platform, which allows for the installation of only those apps that are compatible with this system. Currently, the Xfinity app cannot be directly installed on this TV model. This limitation is not a result of any restrictions set by Sony, but rather stems from compatibility and availability issues determined by the app developer. As an alternative, your choice to use Roku is commendable, as it offers effective access to the Xfinity app. We appreciate your input and will ensure that your suggestion is communicated to the relevant team.

Disappointed for how expensive the tv is. The tv is beautiful with great image. The issue is the reflection, this thing reflects like a mirror.

We take all feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our products.
And even though the X90L doesn't support the X-Anti Reflection & X-Wide angle features to reduce the glare, its brightness level increases approximately up to 130% compared to the previous year's model - the X90K has precisely controlled backlighting so the viewer can see enhanced contrast and billions of accurate colors, controlled by XR Contrast Booster and XR Triluminos Pro technologies.
