Purchased open box. Issues initially no remote, power cord or manual. All issues resolved by sales associates Eric & Barbara satisfactorily. Very happy w/purchase.

So far so good. I still need to hook up the Playstation and watch a movie in blue ray. Picture quality is awesome!! Sales people at Best buy were terrifik. No pressure, showed me my options and let me make my decision.

Replaced an 2 year old Sony 55' XBR with the Sony 65" OLED. This TV is by far the best I have ever own. Quite simply a stunning beautiful picture and a joy to have in our living room. Would recomend it to anyone.

I love the picture, sounds great. Was a perfect addition to my bedroom. Easy install the back/ kickstand does stick out a bit but mine is wallmounted and angled down.

I absolutely love this TV. Great picture quality and amazing sound. The TV has amazing sound but I got a subwoofer to seperate and enhance the sound quality. Let's just say my neighbor's hate me and I don't care!!!!!

If you’re looking for a 4k amazing TV with built in sound nothing else compares. No need to add sound bars and subwoofers. It’s all included in this set and none is visible. Thrilled with this purchased.

The sales rep in the TV department definitely knew his stuff when he recommended this product to me. The Sony has a fantastic picture, a great software suite, and excellent sound for the built in speakers.

Best TV on the market right now. Uses LG OLED panel with the sony processor. You get the best of both worlds with this TV makes even regular cable look great!

I've been sold on the great pic of several plasma TV's I also purchased from Best Buy, but this Sony OLED pic has the most outstanding picture I've ever owned! I really like it!

This is the 4th Sony we've owned and all are still in use somewhere in our household! We love the new OLED picture and the quality, overall, of Sony. Don't think we'll ever buy any other brand.

Absolutely love this TV. From time to time, if you are a gamer, the input lag can be a problem but I just reset to factory settings again and it works like a champ. Great sound!

It was on the expensive side, but we are very happy with the purchase. Definitely spend the extra $ to have Best Buy install it. Hassle free and they are responsible for any installation issues.

This tv was on display in a dark room needs to be to truely appreciate its value. I exchanged it for a Samsung nearly half the price & happier with display brightness in my setting (not a dark room). Also while Both TV’s are 65”, the Sony was much larger & needs to sit lower on a stand. I use antique console which was too high combined with TV’s angle lean. It’s just looked too big and awkward in my space. Past that, great tv.

Expensive, but worth it.. Have had this tv for a few months and it has a beutiful picture and is an all around awesome tv. Whether you watch movies, sports, or use it for games you will love it.

I would recommend this tv to anyone. Top notch tv. Not sure if thrre is a better product on the market in thia price range. I care a lot about a nice tv so im not saying this just to say it.

Really makes watching TV a pleasure. Picture is sharp, outside of learning about all the features the TV has to offer, very satisifed with product.
