The picture quality is the very best ever! It was easy to understand and set up. Well worth the investment. Sound quality lacks depth. We hoped to eliminate the Polk Sound bar and sun woofer but ultimately needed it to complete the super high quality experience. Would do it again.

needed this set to replace my 50in pioneer elite plasma this picture is equal to if not better and when paired with the sony 4k blue ray its incredible

This TV looks amazing! Great picture. I recommend putting a TV like this in a darker room as it’s not too bright witch is not a bad thing at all.

My 8 year old Samsung died so I had to look for new TV. Look at everything out there and landed on the Sony 65 OLED. No regrets. The picture is off the chart.

Beautiful picture. But, a lot of trouble to set up. Especially getting the television to interface correctly in the cable, streaming and DVD player modes with the 5.1 surround system that had previously been installed in the home. The built-in speakers were of very limited sound quality, which is common in televisions, even expensive ones. The only way to solve the interface problem was to purchase a brand new 5.1 receiver that is correspondingly matched to 4K Ultra High Definition technology. Another major problem is the item is a "smart" television. Of course, the "smarter" the device, the more difficult for the consumer to actually use. In this case, programming personal preferences took hours of trial and error, since the included owner's manual provided little more information than how to connect which output to which input. The "Help" section in the television itself proved to be of minimal use. Additionally, the television started turning itself on, often many hours after having been turned off along with all the connected devices. The solution? Geek Squad came out and reset it to the factory default settings, requiring the re-installation of the internet connection and streaming services such as Netflix. The television does have a near flawless picture that even upgrades original television shows from 50 years ago to smooth and clear quality. But, the high cost of the television plus the cost to upgrade to a new 5.1 receiver suitable for 4K UHD equipment makes it a huge expense. That, of course, does not count the extended warranty which covered the Geek Squad coming to the home to fix the aforementioned unit turning on by itself. As an aside, the extended warranty itself was not inexpensive. Furthermore, the total amounts spent were not entirely financial. The prices paid in terms of time and frustration were astronomical. Many hours were spent at home trying to get the television to simply operate with the sound system in all modes. Then, more hours were spent going back and forth to Best Buy after the purchase to resolve the issues with the unit. Bottom line: A top-shelf picture that is far too expensive in every sense.

A terrific TV that makes you feel like you are part of the picture. Clear sound and true color brings everything to life. I love everything about it.

This TV has a great picture and great sound with a built in subwoofer. The Android compatibility makes it easy to set up and pair with your device.

We waited a long time to purchase a 4K 65" TV but this one was impossible to pass on. Sony's OLED picture is amazingly sharp. We couldn't by any happier.

The Sony Bravia Oled is just amazing. It's does everything you want and more. We thought it was to big but now it just seems to fit normally in the room.

In the store, the picture looked amazing. Haven't had it installed yet but I am super excited to get it set up when our house is ready for it.

The sony OLED TV is by far the best TV out right now. I had had the Samsung LED top of the line television. The picture was so juddery, stuttery, it was unwatchable. Returned to store and did more research. i found this was a common problem. The Song OLED completely removes this problem. It has a dedicated chip just to make motion as realistic as possible. LG makes the screen that Song uses but that is where it ends. Song factory sets the screen to they're standards. You pay more for the Song but I would sayit is definitely worth it.

This TV upgrades every viewing channel , the Sony guts of this TV Makes this OLED a grade above the LG and any other tv out there

A bit expensive but a fantastic TV. The sound quality is nice even without a soundbar. The image quality is great straight out of the box.

It is pricey but is absolutely amazing. I love the quality in both 1080p and 4K. If you can swallow the price you wont be disappointed!
