Had the LG unit for 13 months, it burned image onto screen. Decided to spend a couple extra hundred bucks and go with the Sony Bravia. The image is amazing, as you would expect with Sony. Should have gone with this unit to begin with.

OLED panel provides great contrast. Blacks are deep, can’t distinguish from the bezel.

My only issue is the responsiveness of the android TV system. Even after the update and factory reset its still sluggish.

Great 4K UHD picture with ok sound coming from built-in speaker and subwoofer.

Purchased this t.v. after trying out the LG OLED. I think this one has much better picture processing than the LG. More expensive, yes, but in the end, you can't beat the processing.

As always, Sony delivers fantastic picture quality. Only issue is compatibility with other devices. Since latest firmware upgrade in late January, TV emits loud beeping sounds when changing channels or accessing OnDemand with the Cox Communications provided cable box. Sony is aware of the issue but has yet to fix it...

Hands down the most impressive TV I have ever purchased. From the stylish design to the incredible picture contrast this OLED is truly next level. Yes, it is expensive. But, you absolutely get what you pay for.

I came , I saw , I bought. Not disappointed with my impulse purchase. I was looking for the best OLED TV on the market and after comparing several the verdict was to purchase the Sony. I am very pleased with my selection.

We really like watching netflix when we get the best picture. We still have basic cable so we don't have the HD picture for local channels. Going to try out the sling tv promo that came with the tv.

WE NEVER THOUGHT WE WOULD SEE SUCH COLOR AND CLARITY IN A TV - IT IS THE TOP OF THE LINE HIGH END TV - BUT WELL WORTH IT! AS THE SAYING GOES "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" AND THIS TV JUST PROVED THAT TO US!

I went in determined to buy a different brand but the quality of the picture and the unique sound projection method convinced me the Sony was the best choice. I have been very pleased with the TV.

This tv has incredible resolution, like the people on tv are really standing in my living room. I couldn’t be happier, and it’s the best picture of any I’ve seen.

I loved this tv but 1 yr, 11 months I got burn in that said pandemic. Yes really , however, I had protection plan and it was 100% replaced

Unreal detail. You have to use HDMI 3 to get Dolby Vision on Apple TV - Finally found this on Internet - otherwise says your cable is not good enough - NOT TRUE!

I purchased this TV online and paid for setup, and the service was great.This TV has so many great features , including Wi-Fi, that I haven't even used them all yet!

Wow, well worth the price. The audio is unbelievable as it has speakers in the screen! So many options that it will take us a few weeks to figure it all out.

Geek squad did a thorough job of installing both TV and receiver. Also connected to Alexa so we can simply speak and turn on TV, change channels or turn up volume.

This tv is amazing. Now I even watch the commercials (I can read that tiny print at the bottom of the screen that nobody pays attention to).
