    This is one of the worst customer experiences I have when it relates to the delivery of the TV. Constant changes on the delivery time and then the guy never showed up. It doesn't make sense when they text you one thing and you can see the guy's location on the app. Called in to support and after speaking with two agents was told sorry...we'll just inconvenience you another day.

    never got deliverd. it was supposed to be my family christmas present. they never even called me to let me know it was not going to make it by christmas. they asked for another chance . I gave them a second chance in the middle of jan. they did it again not call or anything. I Paid over 2000 for a christmas gift for family . had to beg to get my money back

    the TV was easy to setup and has nice stand if we decide to use, packaged well...however, not sure yet on the pic, could be our feed but seems not as clear as our old TV

      While we're glad that you find it easy to setup, we regret to hear that it hasn't performed to your standards particularly with the picture quality of this TV. The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, clarity, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV.

    Have problems since I purchase it. I purchased it on November 16 and have since had multiple issues. There are times when the video won’t play and it only plays sound. Other times it won’t power on completely until I unplug it. I’ve had to reset it about three times since the purchase.

    Worst TV I ever bought

    Bought this TV August 2024 and it worked great until December 2024 now at least once a week I have to do a power cycle on it. The Google Assistant has a mind of its own. I’ll tell it to turn itself down the next thing I know it showed me videos of crazy ladies dancing run away from this TV.

      We regret to hear that you are experiencing issues with your BRAVIA 3 TV and the Google assistant doesn't seem to work or reacts incorrectly. This is definitely not the buying experience that we want our customer to have and I can definitely see how this would be frustrating for you. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your TV is great. One of the possible solutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the TV for optimum performance. The software update improves the general performance of the unit and includes key features, applications, and bug fixes. Please make sure to try that first as well by going to Help → Select Status & Diagnostics → System Software Update → Software Update.

    Purchased a 75-inch Sony TV listed as open box in excellent condition, but it arrived broken and missing all accessories. Extremely disappointed with the misleading description. I expected a functioning product, not damaged goods. Quality control and honesty were clearly lacking. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.
