We do apologize for the inconvenience. We also recommend updating the TV software to isolate the issue. Simply go to help > system software update > software update. We always strive to deliver the best picture quality with our TVs. Not as reliable as I thought
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the earlier model XBR-75X950G back in August 2019 and after less then two years the TV developed a single black horizontal line about two thirds down from the screen. I was already end of warranty and SONY offered a replacement for the newer XBR-75X950H for a price of course. I thought the SONY brand meant reliability but it appears not.
