I knew this was the TV for me as soon as I laid eyes on it. The UI is very snappy, and the on board apps are actually quite good even though I primarily use an Apple TV 4K and a Panasonic 820 4K player for movies (my primary use for this TV is home theater). This is probably not a TV for those who don't like to touch settings, but if you do, you will be rewarded with perfect black levels and amazing color especially with HDR and Dolby Vision content. My primary concern with OLED was brightness, but I actually have found myself turning it down some depending on the content. This is a home run for Sony. Highly recommended for the home theater and picture quality snob types among us!

Best picture I've seen on any TV!

The brights are amazingly bright and the darks as black as can be. Definitely the focal point of the room whenever it's on. The sound is the best I've heard on a TV as well (even though I never use it).

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my 77 inch Sony for nearly 3 weeks, I have played my PS3 on it and had the Geek Squad hooked up the Sound Bar for better sound. I love the ease of connecting to my phone’s Hot Spot while slow AT&T comes to connect my WiFi. I have been able to stream YouTube on the TV during this long waiting period to get the internet in my new home. I love the graphics now, but know it will get crisper when I get the internet. I love how clear the video comes across and don’t have glare on my tv during the day. Absolutely no complaints and will connect the Google tv when I get the internet, I highly recommend this TV. As you can see no matter where I stand, it’s a pretty Epic View !

This tv is BIG and both the picture and the sound are fantastic. Anyone who wouldn't be overjoyed to own this has to have issues. It's amazing!

Couldn’t be Happier

Easy to turn off motion flow and cine motion. Deep beautiful black levels and still plenty bright even in the day. I’m a professional working cinematographer who owns pro Sony OLEDs for on set work and this set holds up!

Picture also has brighter colors. The GEEK tech team did a fast, efficient and clean installation.

I had a Sony LED 65 4K HDR 90 series that was about 2 years old. It was consider to be a top Sony LED TV with the exception of the OLED. The price came down and I capitalized on the opportunity to hop on one. I paired it up with the Sony 700 (1000watts) series Dolby Atmos sound bar. I got the entire set up with the better sub (300watts) with the Sony rear RS5s. The picture and sound is amazing! It sounds as good as it can get without moving to components such as Denon, paired with Martin Logan which I had, however I sold it with our last home. A+ wireless that has a modern appearance and just looks and sounds as good as it gets for a living room. Theater and or game room I go components. If you want a picture that is exceptional with immersive sound this is the bundle for you at under 5K for all of it. My family and I are very pleased.

Great Addition to Our House!

Our living room tv was 75" 1080 HD, and it was time for an upgrade. What an improvement! This tv has a beautiful display and runs so much faster and smoother than the previous tv we had! We had also tried a Samsung tv before, but the display from the Samsung tv would make us dizzy. We definitely recommend this tv over the other brands.
