The Bravia 9 is very bright TV. Works well in a room with a lot of windows. Upscaling engine on the bravia 9 is great. Makes low resolution movies and tv shows look great. Black levels are really close to OLED levels. Very pleased with purchase.

I went back and forth between the 7 and 9, and ultimately chose the 9 due to its better contrast and picture than the 7. It is well worth the extra expense.

This TV has really blown us away, the picture quality is beyond belief. I watched Sunday Night Football last night and it felt like we were in the stadium. I highly recommend this Sony Bravia9.

Bought the Bravia 9 to replacing our trusty X940E and I'm not disappointed. Quality content looks phenomenal and HDR gaming is top notch. Definitely recommended.

Picked up the 85 inch version of the Bravia 9 and was immediately blown away by the color rendering and contrast. You see this tv on display in the store and it looks great but once i saw it at home i was taken aback. This display is perfect for a room with lots of ambiant light. Also, the video processor helps make incoming feeds (sports via DTV) sharp. The black levels are managed amazingly with ith whatever backlight magic Sony has incorporated in this thing. I've been watching shows amd movies that i hadn't seen in a while just to enjoy them at home in a way i have hadn't before...a visual feast.

The picture quality and the audio quality of this TV is spectacular. We have a tiny room and a full theater experience. Bright images, black blacks and full sound without some crazy surround speakers.

Coming from my Z9F, the color really pops and looks amazing! Blacks are also a lot better than my Z9F. There is still some blooming, but not like my Z9F, very improved. Overall Excellent Picture and am loving it!

If you’re looking for a tv that gives the highest impact in hdr there is nothing better than the Bravia 9. Contrast not as good as oled, but you get the high peak brightness full field without compromising color fidelity. Best mini led LCD tv ever.

Stunning, of course amazing quality from Sony. Huge fan of the brand and OK with the 4k$ price tag when the TV is this beautiful. If you are looking for a high end, showpiece of a TV for a main area or like for us a basement theatre rea, look no further than the 85" Bravia 9

Love it. So bright, and super dark for an LED. I wanted to go bigger then 80", and this is hands down the best option.
