It's a significant upgrade from our 7 yr old XBR 750. A little heads up to all future buyers. You have to have a stand that is comfortably more than the 60" distance between the the two legs it stands upon. Also your stand will need to be at least 20" deep because the leg supports are 18" front to back.

You are correct, to avoid any problems, it is recommended to use a TV stand/console that can accommodate the total width (60.38 inches (1,532 mm)) and deep (18 inches (456 mm)) of the supplied TV stand.

We are able to download apps that Samsung doesn’t offer and the home layout is a better! We’ve had it for three years now and never faced a problem

For the price of this TV and size (got the 85 inch) you cannot go wrong. I am very happy with this TV. Best Yv I have ever owned. I'm also a gamer, and the frame rate and resolution with the new PS5 and Xbox S is OUTSTANDING. This TV wil blow you away in terms of features, sound and picture.

It is insane the quality of this TV coming from what we paid a few short years ago for much smaller sizes. Color seems pretty balanced out of the box....might calibrate it one day. Still need a sound bar in my opinion, but the TV quality is pretty great.

Great 4K smart TV by Sony

It has a large viewing area which is great, this is the first Sony I have purchased but will be a customer for life. I have other products from Sony and they are all top quality, when I have had an issue their tech support group is great.

Very Good Picture.

Becareful if you have AT&tv app. The Sony do not support AT&T tv app. This was the only disappointment I have. I did not know this when I purchase the tv. Not tech savvy Any suggestion would be helpful.

We are if the AT&T TV app is not currently available to our X85J. There is good news, however! As an alternative, if your phone or tablet supports Chromecast, you can simply use this feature from the AT&T TV app to cast the content to this TV. Impressive Girth and Picture!

The picture is very clear and it works really well while gaming. I've been impressed and the difference between my old 65" and an 85" is pretty profound. The app interface has worked well and it was pretty easy to set up to work with DirecTV. You'll pay for it but Sony makes a great product.
