    The image sensor went bad 1 day after warranty expired. The cost to send it out for repair is more than the camera is worth. The pictures I took with it were amazing though… if you do buy, get protection plan

    No open box for me next time.

    not buying an open box item from Best buy again. did not even had decency to clean the camera. it was all grimy and dirty. that reason alone is a no no for future purchases. Even the store associates were not bothered by this service.

    Purchase of this camera was an entire nightmare! I would never recommend purchasing a camera online ever. It almost ruined my sons Christmas. It came stating excellent condition and like new. Not only was the box in bad shape, the camera had what looked like make up all over it, most of the manual was missing and dis shoveled, cords were missing. By the time i reed it because I was not home when UPS came I opened it and could not find another. I ended having to spend $400 more which was a hardship at Christmas. The best buy customer service told me 3X the store had 1-2 in stock. I was in the store within 10 minutes of their call leaving family at a Christmas and the store said they had to had one in over 6 months. The store employee was so informative and trying to help it was not his fault that BEST BUY customer service and corporate was SO awful!!!
