Easy for my kids to operate and provides a great picture.

It's a good basic 4K Blu-ray player. Sony usually has good stuff. The menu is easy to get through, the Blu-ray player loads quickly... The only thing I don't like about it is it's fairly loud. Because of the disk spinning inside, you can hear a faint buzzing or humming coming from the Blu-ray player. I had a small figurine on top of the Blu-ray player, and it vibrated right off of it! I've only owned two Blu-ray players, because Sony usually lasts me a long time, so I don't know how common this issue is. It's not a deal breaker, because my old Sony Blu-ray player was also fairly loud. But it's good to be aware of it before buying.

This Sony player is easy to use and, obviously, up todate with great features. Highly recommend this player, you will not be disappointed.

Bought on Mothers Day, for Mom. She is a very avid movie watcher. She loves this DVD player. Simple to use, has functions she’ll never use but there in case.

Good Sony DVD player. Play Blue-ray, DVD's and CDs. It has some smart streaming apps but limited and dated compared to what is available on those streaming sticks. Plays Blue-ray flawlessly.

We bought this blu-ray player to replace our Samsung blu-ray player. We continuously had trouble trying to load either of our Samsung players so we decided to try a Sony. We are not sorry that we did. It is easy to set-up the wireless connection, it is easy to use the apps, and it plays our discs without any trouble whatsoever. We love it.

My old Blue-Ray player from 2010 finally gave up the ghost -- well, actually my daughter took it and told me to buy a new one, so I did. I am very pleased with this one - the upscaling is great, and all the features make it a great, yet simple (no need for 4k, etc.) player.

Having had a Samsung player for years I finally quit. In searching for a new player I chose the Sony player. I use it mostly for streaming Netflix and youtube. I was disappointed when I found out that it does not support the hulu app. If I had known I would have purchased a different brand.

I bought this player so I wouldn't need to fire up the Xbox 1 just watch movies and it didn't disappoint me. You load a Blue Ray movie into the player and it automatically turns on the Sony tv and away we go. It is very simple to connect and get going. I am very happy with the way that it's turned out

Very easy to operate. By far the best blu ray I've ever owned.

Great picture. Upgraded after many years and new TV and player made old discs look great. No way to see how much time left on movies, but small quibble.

Small footprint and looks nice. Was easy to set up and played several dvds and blu-rays with no issue. Streaming is ok, but wish there was more flexibility with the apps. Likely won't use that capability much in favor of a different device for streaming.

Thanks to Geek Squad protection, I received this model as an exchange for an older model that was no longer working. Easy to use, very reliable, lots of streaming options. We use it exclusively for streaming (Prime Video and Netflix) and have used it a minimum of 2 hours each evening for the last 8 months without a problem.

Compact size, easy to use, good brand name. Reasonable price.
