I was skeptical at first buying this console with some of the reviews I read. However once I got it out of the box, I was impressed with the condition and performance of this PS5. I even opened it up to see how well it was cleaned. There were some slight scratches and blemishes, but that's to be expected with any previously owned console. The galactic purple color was an added bonus. I've seen in previous reviews some customers getting different designs and colors, so I'm overly excited about this purchase.

PS5 and controller had a couple scuff marks and signs of wear and tear (as expected from a refurbished product), but they perform really well. No pieces were missing, and set-up was a breeze.

got this ps5 on the july sale this year and purchased it for 399.59 us dollars which was significantly cheaper than over ps5s on the market i’ve had it for about a month and i can confidently say this is a product worth buying however i only experienced one issue with the ps5 is that it was overheating way to quickly my friend told that they overheat but this ps5 was overheating in the first 5 ish minutes of booting up the ps5 it was completely shutting down however i did some digging opening up the plates and found giant clumps of dust through the ps5 once i removed the ps5 was working pretty good and only overheating after playing for 5 plus hours which is normal so you will probably have to throughly clean it again even though geek squad assured it was thoroughly clean also the ps5 come in a giant cardboard box and the faceplate had a few marks and scratches on it but nothing to major

One of the things I really dislike about the PS5 is the controller; it isn't as durable as the controllers I have had. I have had the PS5 for a little over a month, and I've dropped it like twice, not much of a drop, and that's all it took for my controller to get stick drift, and that's another thing I dislike. Also, the PS5 is really sensitive to overheating, as if it needs a better fan; it seems like it's not powerful enough. Other than those two problems I've noticed and disliked, the PS5 is a great console, and I love the smoothness of gaming, and the movement and response time is on point and faster than I expected. Not to mention the new design of the PS5 controller; I didn't like it at first sight, but it turns out that it's very comfortable and I actually took a liking to it since it was similar to the Xbox controller, which I've never taken a liking to, but this design is more comfortable to the grip l

Ordered one of these ps5s and was excited to start it up and play. Taking the console out of the box, immediately you could tell the console was extremely dirty and smelled bad. There was sricky gunk all over the console itself, plus the controller bad brown build up all around the triggers, thumbsticks and in the seams, and the left thumbstick cover was ripper. Plugged in the console, it booted up, but the controller did not work, you can push the little PS button all day and it would do nothing, and then the console would green screen snd shut off. Got a 2nd one that seems to be working alright, but it didnt come with the stand. Do better bestbuy.

These devices are sold as refurbished which implies some amount of the following: 1. Inspection 2. Cleaning/Repairs 3. Testing The first unit I received had a non functional disc drive and was extremely dirty with scratched covers. When I went to return this unit for a replacement the employee didn’t even open the box to confirm the condition of the device. When I brought up the deep scratches and how dirty it was he said “well they don’t repaint them (lol), they are going to be dirty and have some scratches. They just test to make sure they work.” That is not refurbished and obviously they don’t even test them because the disc drive doesn’t work. After more hassle and the employee telling me he “doesn’t think I can order a refurbished device as a replacement” a replacement order was placed. One week later I picked up the replacement. It is similarly damaged and even more dirty than the first unit. Upon testing it was in fact fully functional. In summary, these devices are NOT refurbished and instead are open box or used products that are repackaged into generic cardboard boxes with minimal packing materials and sent to you dirty. Buyer beware.

I got the ps5,the controller,controller charger,and the ps5 piwer cord but im missing the stand and the hdmi cable.I used my ps4s,but i dont know if that will damage my ps5 so i really want the ps5s hdmi cord.my set up dosent look good with the ps5 being vertical,and i dont want to damage the ps5.so im hoping yall see this and deliver my stand and the hdmi cord.

The PS5 arrived quickly. All expected components were included and everything works perfectly.

I love it I always use to be a Xbox player but switching to PlayStation is a plus wow I love it

It was packaged really well, and came with everything it said would come with it, its working great so far for the couple days I've had it.

As with all refurbished tech, I'm skeptical, but so far I've had no issues. It works like new. The controller is very responsive, and the console was nicely packaged.

Have it delivered to the store......Whoever is packing them is not putting bubble wrap on top of box. Fedex dropped and damaged mine....took back to store.

The play station is amazing and works perfectly the only reason the purchase is not 5 stars is that the controller they sent has insane stick drift on the left joystick that makes it even when I push the joystick forward I get stuck going in a circle and it’s always going to the left, but overall great purchase

I bought a refurbished PS5 fat model and the experience has been great. I was a bit hesitant at first since it's not brand new, but it arrived in excellent condition with no scratches or signs of heavy use. The performance has been flawless—fast loading times, crisp graphics, and no overheating issues. It came with all the original accessories, including the DualSense controller, which works perfectly. So far, all the games run smoothly, and the console stays quiet even during demanding gameplay. I was pleasantly surprised by how new it feels. Overall, it's a great deal if you're looking to save money without sacrificing quality.

I absolutely love my PS5 game station — the graphics are insane, the gameplay is smooth, and it’s hands down one of the best gaming systems out there. That said… it’s also a total waste of time. Once you turn it on, say goodbye to productivity because you’re not getting anything else done. If you want incredible entertainment (and don’t mind losing track of a few hours), I highly recommend it!

The system is amazing my problemnis the fact it is been checked over alleged by geek squad but yet within an hour of playing any gsme it overheats and shuts down i will be returning and getting a new one withkutbdisc drive and will just purchase drive at later daye

It works good, but for some reason the plates don’t stay on, and sometimes it won’t stay connected to WiFi

I was iffy about purchasing refurbished products in the past, mind changed when I wanted a ps5. With all the Google searching best buy caught my interest with a great price. I have no complaints, and if I decide to go with anything refurbished, it will be with best buy. Thank you!
