Really enjoy the product. Make sure you have a good wi fi signal to get the most out of it but makes the PS5 more enjoyable than it was!

I can play my PlayStation at work. I just put the system into rest mode, and activate the ps portable whenever I'm ready to game, as long as I have a solid wifi. With PS+ I have all the games I need. Just remember to also buy the rubber grip and a screen protector.

I’ve got 3 kids and finding time to play on my tv is tough…this is a great remedy. Also if you have bluetooth headphones (pulse 3d) and are close to your system you can mute the portal and listen straight from your PS5. This was a game changer and saved me $200 by not having to buy the new headphones.

The PlayStation portal is hands down a better handheld then the switch it so comfortable to hold and play your PS5 games wherever you want work home a friends house at the end of the day if you want this handheld buy it $200 bucks is worth it.

Good Product works great in home network spotty outside of your wifi. But it tries to work.

Definitely not too bad. Only concern is new one is coming out eventually probably pushing this model out. But overall very nice design!

I love being able to play my PS5 in any room of the house while the main TV is occupied. It’s easy to setup and looks great. Make sure your WiFi has the juice to run this. One negative is the inability to connect wireless headphones that are not made by Sony, though you can connect wired headphones.

Bought this for my friend who just had a baby. Perfect for gaming Dads.

Obviously, this needs more features to compete with the expansive handheld gaming market. However, I absolutely adore this product for bed gaming and reading fine texts on the PS5. Its not as laggy as remote gameplay and its very simple to use and set up. For my niche needs, this is an absolute game changer!

everyone should get this one. but its out of stock since ling time ago. if you get lucky like me, then you never know. think best buy will restock soon. but dont loose your chance to get one since this is highly anticipated stock its going out of stock really fast. good luck.

The Portal was a neat concept but in the end, I ended up returning the device. My setup was a hard-wired Ethernet to PS5 and a higher-end tri band routers including WiFi 6E. I also have gigabit speed home internet. Unfortunately the Portal does not use anything above the 5ghz band however. I tested remote play on my iPhone and MacBook Pro prior to preordering the portal to make sure my setup was optimal. After having nearly a flawless experience with those devices. I decided to pick up the portal for the integrated dualsense controls and large display. I played multiple games but mainly focused on Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart and GT7. Both games worked ok but there was just a bit more input lag compared to other devices I’ve used. The connection would degrade significantly in Ratchet and Clank when any graphically intense scene with lots of moving items such as explosions. This made it unenjoyable to play these offline single player games. Playing any fast-past game online wasn’t even an option with the input lag. I wish Sony would add more functionality to the device like being able to watch movies or play Spotify or even include a browser for Netflix or so you could log onto public WiFi like in hotels since I travel a lot. As far as a subpar remote play device for use around the house, $200 felt like a bad value for this piece of tech.

Bought this as a gift for my husband so far no complaints be loves it ,screen is a nice size picture is very clear and grip is just like controllers, we travel alot so we are looking forward to traveling with it. I think its a great buy!

it work great, you can play anywhere as long as you have a good internet connection and your PS5 on rest mode
