I've had issues but they are really good*

First was an open box and the mic didn't work, so I'll take that one with a grain of salt. the second pair the "leather" around the head bar, just came out, no reason it was sitting on my table I came back the next morning and it was apart. this last one the software to update it won't work. The headset is great when it works. Prob one of the most comfortable I've had in awhile even though its kind of bulky. sound is amazing I've turned it way up and been able to use them as speakers lol. Total noise cancelling. Fully immersive. Can jump from PS to PC on the fly and just as great on PC. If you pick this up, grab the extended just in case you need to swap it out. I would recommend because they are really good but be aware quality issues seem to be a thing.

A Fantastic Headset, Not-So Fantastic Price

A bit overpriced but nice to have the dual connection functionality with bluetooth and 2.4ghz. Very light but sturdy construction. My ears didnt experience much heat or discomfort from long gaming sessions. Noise cancellong features work quite well, the ambient sound control is a nice feature if you want to be able to hear others while playing. Using it on PC or Ps5 is a breeze and provides great 3D immersion. The chat/game audio fade button, as well as the volume knob, noise canceling and bluetooth sync built right into the headset make setting up and managing your sound a breeze. Battery life is great for the features being used (as long as you charge once a day you'll probablt never have it die on you. Also easy to charge bia usb and still use it). Some cons. The microphone boom is not detachable *but you can flip it up to mute which is nice. And the sound is weighted a little more to the bassy side. Highs aren't quite as sharp/well defined. Overall the sound quality is good but I'm being a bit picky since it is an expensive headset. Which is really my biggest gripe, if it was even $50 cheaper i think it would be a much better value. But if your a PC and PS5 gamer this is a good high end option.

Tons better than pulse!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared to Sony's Pulse3D? This is far superior. Compared to Sony's XM4/XM5? Debatable. When it comes to gaming, I used my Pulse3D (now the H9). When it comes to everything else, I use my AirPods Max. My review is mostly comparing it to the Pulse3D, but the quality feels a lot better on the H9 versus the Pulse. Comfort-wise, these are tons better. My Pulse3D always felt off for some reason, they were good enough but still something was missing. The H9 feels amazing. Microphone-wise, no idea BUT every time I'd each my ear when gaming with my buddies, it'd sound I'm faarting, it always brought laughs, luckily (or unfortunately?) the way this mic is no more faart noises! Control-wise, I love the controls on this, the wheel for volume is a game-changer. Also it has noise-canceling & a headphone port! Anyway, it feels premium. I'm no expert in headphones so I can't compare it to high-end ones, but it definitely is better then the Pulse3D.

Expensive but good for what they are

She also switches from playing on both PC and PS5 quite often. While I completely acknowledge their are better wireless headsets available for better or similar pricing, the way this seemlessly works with the PS5 is invaluable. And the little dongle allows you to quickly switch from using it on the PS5 to using it for your PC. She does not game online but does take a lot of calls for work when using her PC, so the mic is certainly good enough for that. If you have a PS5 and want to keep the integration seemless and have a decently flexible budget, these are a great buy. Even if its value is maybe a little inflated (I feel that these should be about $100 cheaper), they do work very well for what they are. They are very comfortable (I tried them myself), they sound great, theyre lightweight, and they match your PS5 look. My biggest complaint for them that theyre pretty bulky and cant be stored easily. If they folded down or something, that wouldve been preferred. Like the XM4s. But the XM5s dont fold down either so theres that lol.

Sony Playstation noise cancelling!

It's equiped with controls for party chat and game volume on the headset. There are no extra wires or attachments for volume control and that is the best feature in my opinion. It has amazing surround sound and is noise cancelling. Call of Duty, Apex Legends and other games that require acute hearing is perfect for the headphones.

I was theoughly happy with thos pair. They are lightweight, robust sounding, and they look failry attraive as well. The sound quality is great, the noice canceling feature is a must. The controls are pretty straightforward. The one downside i have is the build quality, as the feel a little flimsy like they can beeak easily. So be mindfull of handling. Overall i am happy, and would recomend.

Sony , close but no cigar

The only complaint I have with this headset is that the microphone is SUPER sensitive, my friends can now even hear my stomach growling. They keep complaining that they can hear everything that I do in the background now and I have yet to figure out a way to turn the sensitivity down in the microphone. I even lowered it all the way in discord. Other than the microphone this headset is really good however given the price I would recommend the corsair virtuoso XTs for almost $100 cheaper and a superior product. if this headset is ever less than $200 I would recommend it but I think for $280-$300 there are better options with more advanced software

For microphone quality, follow these steps:
• Check the call settings of the in-game voice chat and video calling application.
• If the boom microphone of the headset is raised, lower the boom microphone and adjust its position so that it is near your mouth.
• Make sure that the microphone setting is set to [INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 - CHAT] in the sound settings of the computer.
• When connected to a computer, adjust the microphone volume with “INZONE Hub”.
• Connect the headset to the USB transceiver again.

H9 inzone meh maybe

Headset is more comfortable than the sony pulse headset and is adjustable. How ever the adjustment doesnt go small enough. Honestly who buys these and extends the arms all the way. With it on the smallest setting it is just a tick better fit than the non adjustable pulse head set. For reference im 6ft tall 160lbs and i dont have a melon head like the engineers who keep making these headset designs. All the r&d and that issue never came up?? However unlike the pulse the h9 is very comfortable even for hours of use on a long night of gaming. There seems to be electronic interference that i never had a issue with the way less expensive pulse headset. For 300 dollars this headset should have less issues but as i stated the comfort is better than the pulse and for that reason alone im keeping them. The capability to use with your phone at same time is a feature that seems unnecessary to me but opinions may differ.but while using headset for gaming when you answer a call your still hearing your games and ingame chats at same time so you must use the button on the side to change which your hearing more of. So at that point i might as well just pick up my phone and take the call and mute my headset. Also theres a switch to go from pc to ps5 this is crucial to switch or it wont display power level on your ps5 hope this review helps someone make up their mind on this product i actually had a friend recommend these he is 300lbs at 6ft he still wear it on the smallest setting if these issue get addressed id be glad to recommend but as of now its a hard pass since the comfort was literally the only redeeming quality these had to offer. And since im tired of searching for a better headset these will have todo.... For now

These are super comfortable and sound good. Only draw back in my eyes is battery which inwish was longer but it last plenty. Almost Endgame

It does a very very good job of using surround sound both for computer and PlayStation. They are really comfy, but I will give a little warning that the headband cushion will tend to start coming off after a long time of use. I bought an aftermarket one because it is simply one of the best I have ever used.

CRISP SOUNDS, POWERHOUSE CUSTOMIZATION, EASY SETUP

Right out of the box the headphones had a sleek look and feel to them. It reminds you of the PS5 texture and look, very sleek appearance. The package was very minimalistic which is awesome, there are no cords or cables needed, no hubs...it's all wireless and program controlled so there is no need for an external hub. I like the streamlined setup and use of these headphones. I use them on my PC because that's where I do my gaming. The initial setup was completely stress-free and easy, all i had top do is connect the USB receiver provided and when i turned on the headphones it automatically connected. The INZONE hub gives you extreme control over the sound quality, equalizer, ambient noise control, noise-cancelling and button control options. It gives you control over every aspect of the sound and customization. The SOUND is very clear and sharp, i used the equalizer setting and pumped the bass a bit and i now have it setup just the way i like it without fiddling with an external hub like the Astro a40. There is minimal sound leakage when pumping the sounds thru the headphones and the spatial sound option takes a little getting used to but it does provide an echo like setup which feels spacious and surround sound like..not amazing but interestingly fun..it doers add a little bit more sound enjoyment to the gaming. OVERALL AWESOME HEADPHONES THAT DO WAY MORE THAN YOU THINK!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If your looking for a great ps5 headset this is it you can customize eq sound but the only downside it's only available for PC wish it was a app companion that you can download but whatever the headset is pretty bulky but asides being bulky they are clouds that sit in your ears the sound to me it's amazing the aesthetic I'm in love because it looks like the ps5 the flip to mic is also pretty good but the price holy moly I think it tooooopooo high for the $300 is allot of money I would Puth this at the $250 to 230 or maybe even cheaper but other than that to me they are amazing

A Mixed Bag

Good: -Decent Sound but no EQ option if using them with the PS5, unlike the Pulse3d Elite headset that allows you to EQ them on the PS5. This headset can only be EQ'ed on the PC. -Better design than the Pulse3d & Pulse Elite, as there isn't a single plastic head band that is easily cracked. (Have had multiple of the two listed headsets crack along that poor design choice) -ANC (Noise Cancellation) is very good. We had trees cut down in our backyard and the woodchipper was right outside ofy bedroom, shaking the house for hours. The ANC worked so well that I was able to fall back to sleep with them on. The Bad: - Bulky & Ugly for use outside of the house. -The Mic is subpar and people said that it sounded incredibly cheap, even though the "tilt to turn on/off" feature is convenient. -For the Price there are other competitive options, likely making going for a set of pure headphones, or a gaming headset with more options a choice worth considering. Conclusion: If you're going to use these in the house and want solid ANC, or you are tired of the durability issues with other Playstation Headsets than these are a decent sounding option. If you want something with a good mic, easily controlled through your PS5 for gaming, or something that doesn't make you look like an air traffic controller then there are likely better options available in the price range.

Great gaming headset with awesome ANC

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, a little better than the Pulse 3D headset, however, the real reason I purchased this pair was due to the fact that the Pulse 3D headphones were always extremely uncomfortable to wear longer than 30 minutes, whereas these cans are extremely comfortable and well made, with great battery life too. The active noise cancelling is pretty incredible - turn it on and the noise from the air conditioner 6 feet away is completely muted.

Best Headphones Ive ever put on.

However the software it ships with leaves lots to be desired, and it is almost impossible to update the firmware so this is why I give 3 stars, when it really should be 6 stars instead. While I could not update the firmware, and the application does annoyingly prompt me to do so, the headset has the best audio experience in the market, so I will put up with the software issues and continue using them regardless. Putting this headset on and not being able to hear noise around you is an amazing experience. You won't want to use any others if you try this first, you have been warned :)
