Very easy to operate and action shooting hands-free is much less cumbersome than using smartphone. Big plus - it was a freebie.

Got this bundled with my action cam. I wasnt planning on purchasing it but it was actually cheaper then the camera by itself.

This is a must have tool, it lets you see your field of vision and start and stop recording with an easy to reach button.

Since the action camera doesn't have live view feature, this is a must to be able to review your video on the go.

this was part of a package that i got with my action cam. works great you can see what you are recording and set up the camera from the watch.

Follow the instructions as directed and you'll connect to your Sony cam rather easily. Only thing that's off about this product is the feel of the band on your arm. It's rather bulky and can make your skin irritated if wearing for a longer time in a warmer climate. They'll probably come out with an app that can do the same functions needed for live remote (with larger real-time screen viewing) so use this product if needed now or wait to see what's available next.

this remote provides a good viewfinder for sony as200v. removes the need for smartphone.

Make the camera a lot easier to change settings. Plus you get to see the picture.

Once I had it synced. The directions were good I just chose at first to do it myself. It works great and syncs up quickly with the action cam, I wish you could change recording quality, etc but my camera might only have one mode. It recorded when I wanted it to and stopped just as well. The picture on the wrist was a plus to see if you were aiming the camera correctly

Nice compact camera for all those water/action shots. Camera creates it's own wifi signal to sync up to and your phone becomes a viewer.

Excellent addition to the Sony cam. A must need for sure.

Not only can you see what you are shooting with your action cam, you can start and stop recordings and you can do that with multiple cams at the same time. This works great!

This is a must have in order to use any of the sony action cams in order to view what you recorded or are recording. and makes it easier to set up the camera.

works but a bit clumsy. Prefer app or screen on the unit. For this reason, switched to GoPro. Depends on your use I guess.

I like the ability to view what I am recording for better videos but would have liked a bit larger screen, yes I know it's supposed to be on your wrist but a bit larger screen would have been nice.
