Works good no issues. Had it for a while. Nice not having to use the controller.

This remote has a very sleek, simple button arrangement that may be a bit oversimplified for those who sought to use it for 4K/Blu-rays. For instance, there are no main menu or chapter skip buttons on the remote itself, but rather you'd need to navigate a disc's menu via a pop-up menu on the screen. It takes getting used to, but you get the hang of it. It's definitely geared more toward streaming services, which was made more apparent when they added the speed dial buttons pictured here. There is also a mic button that at present is inactive but most likely will be with a firmware update. So far, the only function I can see it used for is the PS Store, but only when you click on the onscreen mic icon (which surprisingly activates a tiny concealed light above the mic button on the control itself). I look forward to having all its features optimized, but at present I'd say it's worth the purchase.

It's a fun little gimmick device that you probably won't use that often, but when you do you're happy to have it. It's ease of use is great and the color scheme looks great with the PS5

Having this remote makes the PS5 much easier to navigate for my wife, who feels lost with a game controller in her hand. It works on AA batteries which i like because i dont always remember to charge devices

This is a excellent gaget to have in your gaming arsenal, it takes you down to a social level when you have company over and want to use the console but yet still have the nostalgic feeling of watching tv with a basic remote. I think it helps because it brings you away from a gaming experience to more of a social / media experienc. Its quick actions are great and the build quality is fantastic. However for me i will say the buttons feel a little spaced apart and would be much easier if the design brought them in just a little, overall a fantastic product still.

Works great! Wasnt sure if id like using hti sinstead of a controller. But love being able to turn the tv on/off, controll volume, amd still going home. Switching apps, or just climcing metflix, etc..

The Bluetooth is great, shuts down on its own and is turned back on with a simple push of a button. Very convenient

This remote is wonderful. It is better than using the remote from the actual gaming system to browse media. I highly recommend this remote if you want to easily search for movies on Netflix, Disney, or Any other service.

Oh man, i love this thing so much as the woman of the house. We now have one for every game system. So you know how you have to actually hit the play station button on the controller and wait for it to power up and think about its personal endevors? Yeah this remote has no endevors to think about, you just push the button and boom youre moving. It has a button to move and select instead of the toggle thing moving your cursor over 52 spaces when you only want to go one and hitting every other button to sepect something. Plus it fits in my smaller hands very well.

Good accessory for your PS5, but my biggest gripe, especially since most of the buttons are flush with the controller (even though there are small markers on them), is it not being backlit. Therefore, many times, while playing at night time, you have to put the lights back on, or revert to the controller, which really makes it useless by then. This will happen a lot until you force yourself to learn the buttons by heart. This is unfortunate, since you can purchase backlit universal remotes with much more buttons for one-third of the price. You will also find yourself losing this a lot under the couch cushions. Besides this big flaw, it is very very easy to setup, and I hope Sony can make a 2nd generation with the light features.

Great accessory to have even if you don’t use it a lot. Matches the console and makes movie watching easy!

Works, even with my soundbar. Super light. Have not used it long enough to run down the batteries yet, so cant comment on battery life yet.

It's lame that Sony doesn't use a format so a regular remote can work with a playstation. This remote does the job just fine. It's a good size.
