A must purchase if you use your consoles for streaming. You can use the DualShock and get frustrated with the layout and auto presses or get something like this.

Works well. Even controls my soundbar volume. Batteries are included but mine died extremely quick

Not necessary. Just one more thing to lose, and the controller works just fine without it. Waste of money for sure.

Best playstation remote (better than official ps3 and ps4 remotes). Even controls TV and av receiver volume. Only complaint is lack of ps5 power off button.

Brought this item for my son birthday. It works with everything, great product.

You know….maybe I’m just spoiled but I know PlayStation could have dished out a few more buttons. There’s no chapter skip, no main menu (disc) or pop up menu, so you have pull open the options button and navigate around that. Little things please me LOL. But overall, works good, connected to my TV automatically, volume and power are helpful. Oh and the back battery cover is a pain in the DONKEY to close back properly. The little snap gets stuck and they kept falling out. Had to use my finger nail to get it to snap in right.

Great, easy to use, saves on batteries on controllers. Downside, which may be temporary, is that the microphone is under utilized compared to to controller.

Simple remote and easy to set up. Save the controller battery for actual gaming.

Sometimes the gaming controller is not the best tool for just watching tv. This allows ease of use when watching shows or movies.

If you get a ps5 you must get this remote according to my grandson. He said it allows controlls music disney plus ,vudo movies easily.

Use it watch movies and use youtube, I'd rather drop this from the couch than the PS5 controller
