We watch most movies and TV aim our PS5 and love using this remote! It makes watching Netflix and Apple TV and streaming music on our PS5 so much easier.

Love this remote. Not really necessary but when I stream TV I prefer to have my controller off and this allows me to not even use the controller. In love.

Easy to use once connected , had trouble pairing at first dosent seem to let me control volume ( I have a Samsung sound system with a Samsung tv maybe that’s why it won’t allow the volume control

This remote does exactly what it is was meant to do. It works as a controller, but it’s better when we want to watch a movie and control the PS5 with it.

Worked good for a while. However it failed to let me know the batteries were dead so I thought it was broken. I am excited to use the mic feature when it becomes available.

Works great it makes it so much easier watching movies and TV show’s then having to deal with a controller.

Definitely need this remote, for this console, saves time and energy.

Ease of use, makes turning on the system and tv with one remote and no longer need to use the controller. Perfect for Netflix, Hulu and so on.

If you wana use your PS5 just for media, this remote is a must. Very easy to use and control ps5.

This is a great addition to your PS5. Makes it easy to to use your streaming functions. Not a necessity but for me its better than using the controller.

Works fine as far as functionality. The real downsides for me are 1) the designated app buttons that are just in the way if you don't have those apps are could have been programmable or used for more useful functions 2) the placement of the PS home button . It's in the center at the very bottom, not a convenient spot in the middle, where such a heavily used button should be... and has been on all previous playstation remotes & 3) no grip. It slides out of your hand, into furniture or off tables too easily because there is absolutely no grip.

A great remote for the PS5. It really makes things simpler. The only complaint I have from it is that it doesn't really feel as durable as it should for $30. Other than that, a must have!

Game system is the best I’ve had, I love the graphics and all the game choices.

This remote makes it SO much easier to watch tv in the ps5. We have a very nice picture on our tv but it has old software for the smart part. It makes getting to the built in apps super slow, so we use the Playstation as our smart hub. This remote is so much better to work with and its pretty sturdy. We have dropped it a bunch and its still working fine, no broken parts!

This is handy for folks using their console for more than just gaming. With more and more tv and video apps available on the console this becomes useful.
