This is a great remote to make the PS5 an even better media player. I know a lot of us like to watch media on our PS5's but personally I don't like using the game remote to do so. This media remote is a must have to enjoy the media experience to the max. It is excellent when playing Netflix, Disney+, Youtube, and UHD Blu-rays. If you want the convince of using your game controllers only to game then buy this. I think it is totally works the $$.

I did not have a remote for my tv and this controls both the tv and the playstation 5 for power and volume.

Feels much sturdier than the ps4 version. Great texture. Clean lines. My kids will probably still break it though
