Great remote but I have one HUGE issue with it. When you first use this to turn on your system, it always works. Once you're in there watching Netflix for a while, it seems to disconnect momentarily with your system and when you want to pause or stop a video, you often times have to press the button twice. I've had to, on occasion, hit the button 3-4 times. It's not a deal breaker, but it drops it from 5/5 tp 4/5 for me. There just doesn't seem to be any excuse for this.

I'd give this a 5 star but it is too rounded. It falls off almost every surface or rocks back and forth forever. If you place it face down you'll more than likely start an app. I've probably accidentally turned my system on 20+ times in 3 months because of this remote. It's a good remote, but it sure is a nuisance and could've been designed better, like the PDP remote for PS4. Also, the grip is a bunch of X, O, Triangle, and Square symbols, like the system and DualSense.

The remote feels kind of cheap but it works great. Much better than using a controller with the light when you aren't playing a game. Just wish the quality was a little better.
