Can turn on your television (Sony X900H) as well as your PS5 on at the same time. It also works with the DualSense remote in the sense of turning on your TV & PS5 at the same time. Remote moves the UI (now known as PS5 UX). Quick access to apps like disney + , Netflix etc. Don't really need this if you have a smart TV.

Nice , light weight, comfortable hand grip, color.but it's expensive,,

Much easier to use instead of the game controller. Only downside is that the buttons do not light up (or have a backlight)

2 weeks review- i got it on sale Blk Fri. Honestly i think its human error that makes complications or when the PS5 freezes the remote doesn’t work when the PS5 isn’t functioning correctly. The most difficulties ive had with the remote is getting the TV or the PS to respond.

Very convenient when it comes to streming misic and or movies/t.v. shows.Fits in the hands very comfortable. Keeps you from having to use multiple remotes for soundbars and t.v.

This remote works much better with the PS5 than using the PS4 DVD remote. However, the PS5 remote has a microphone on it, but I didn't learn till I got home that it isn't enabled yet by Sony. Was very disappointed I cant search by voice with it like I can with the PS5 gamepad remote. Overall it gets the job done for what it is designed for.

I'm still waiting to find out where this accessory will fit into my current setup. All of the apps that are available via hot button for the PS5 is available as well on my TV. Perhaps the successor would be a better accessory for PlayStation 5 disc version. I have the digital and have decided that I won't be doing much video streaming to the unit at this point in time.
