This is great remote to use with the playstion 5 when you are watching streaming applications. It is very responsive and quick to change the menu. I would recommend this to anyone who watches netflix or disney or hulu on their system.

Nice to have, works well for the system. Only pain point is on opening the battery pack. Not very functional / feels a little cheap.

We use the PS5 as our movie player so the remote just made sense. I don't care for the overall look of it, but it does the job it was bought to do and has a fairly decent feel in the hand.

Solid remote for media controls. If your looking for a way to power on and control your PS5 without the controller, this is what your looking for. It also has quick access to Netflix and other streaming services.

I don't regret buying this although I don't really use it because I just use my regular remote control. This is valued at a good price which is why i don't regret buying it. I have used it a few times and it works really good.

The controller is pretty flimsy and light but it comes with batteries, which is nice. As of now, the PS5 does not support 4K Disney+ streaming so the dedicated Disney+ button is kind of moot, you’re better off using your TV’s native Disney+ app. Streaming on the PS5 with Netflix and Disney+ has also yielded questionable quality. It is convenient to be able to turn on the TV with the remote. I mostly got it cause I hated using the DualSense as a remote for the PS4, I find it much more intuitive to play my Blu-Rays with a remote. So that’s honestly the biggest reason to get this. As far as PS5 accessories go it’s thankfully on the cheaper side but I’d wait for a sale if I were you, if you don’t watch blu-rays as regularly as I do.

Excellent product that works great with playstations

My problem with this remote is that it turns my ps5 on without me touching the the remote itself. My dog barks and activates the remote and turns my system on. I didn’t notice a microphone button on the media remote before, so I tried speaking into the remote to see if I could turn the system on and off, but could not. A time where I was playing a game, and the remote just turned on like someone was pushing the buttons, my dog wasn’t barking and though my dog barking was causing it to activate. I think Sony might need to work on fixing some bugs with the media remote and the ps5, so it self activate. When I first bought the remote I didn’t have any issues with it at all. Weird remote

At first ut was a nifty little remote.. after having it for a bit i noticed how poor the quality was. If you dont set it down gently then the batteries pop out and it doesnt work.. when you take the back off its a pain to get it back on and now my volume and power buttons intermitely work.. in order for them to work i have to take out the batteries and put them back in and sonetimes that does not fix the problem .. so all in all not a product i would recommend..

I bought this before I bought my new 4K vizio p series tv and didn’t know I could use my tv remote to control everything on the ps5 so pretty much bought it for no reason but it’s good for older TVs that don’t do that .besides that the remote is awesome

the remote is really nice, just doesn’t work with my Samsung soundbar. Wish it had a different option other that Spotify but overall happy with the product

Was finally able to grab the PS5 remote @ Best Buy cause they got more stock in & all the other stores had nothing... Great item to have if your going to use the 4K disc player & all of the apps to watch tv & movies

Excellent little remote. I don't really use my PS5 for entertainment options but I got the remote for completeness sake. I also bought the PS3 remote way back when so go figure...
