To ensure sound is being output from both the speaker system and the optional rear speakers, press the IMMERSIVE AE to turn on the Immersive Audio Enhancement function, the speaker system upmixes audio signals, and sound is output from all speakers.

You can also set the speaker distance from your listening position and their output level, etc. to obtain the best possible surround sound.
