My only concern is the sensitivity of the touch controls, but realistically a mis-tap wouldn't cause any actual issues. Battery life is pretty good as well, definitely won't last an entire day but that's solved with the quick charge function.

I’m using them with apple music and its handles AAC codec superbly. App support is the same with ither sony headphones/earbuds. Case feels good and the hinge seems fine. It has a spring locking system that feels fine, only time will tell. The color of them is beautiful. Glacier Blue is by far the best color I’ve seen an earbud. Its translucent design looks better than the translucent beats studio buds plus.

The ANC and Transparency modes both work excellent and allow for use of a single bud at a time with long life. The only real downside is that Left and Right have different touch controls

Great Sound for music & exceptional sound quality for phone calls/teams meetings. Haven't downloaded the app yet, but honestly haven't needed too. Pairs well with IPhone & Android devices. Noise-Canceling on these are solid. Is there better? Sure. But if that's your thing, you're probably opting for earphones anyway. For the price -- these are a solid choice for work & entertainment that are easy to pair with any device.

Sound quality is also very good with a lot of customization. Very compact charging case, almost wish it was a little bigger because I'm afraid to lose them. Some of the finger control gestures to change tracks or adjust volume are a bit odd but overall I'm very satisfied.

Noise cancelling is ok but not great as expected for a mid-tier headphone and the talk through is very intense. Use for price ratio is very good. I lost the version that is one above this and that makes me very sad because they were great.

I didn't want to drop my whole paycheck on the crazy expensive ones, and honestly, I don't think I need to nowhe noise canceling actually works. When I’m trying to lock in and do homework (or just ignore my siblings), I pop these in and the world just... mutes. It’s a whole mood.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the automatic connection. The WF-C700N should connect automatically to the last paired device when you take them out of the case. If this isn't happening, it might be worth checking a few things, like making sure your device's Bluetooth is on, and that the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case.
