Sony true wireless headphones

I highly recommend them.

This earbud is not made for small ear canals

The noise cancellation works great. The song quality is great. I have an iPhone that when it plays music it works great I still haven’t figured out how to get my calls to go through to my earbuds so I’m still struggling with that I think that it wouldn’t be that much trouble, but for some reason, it’s not allowing my calls to go through.

For the intermittent cutouts, please try setting the Bluetooth Connection Quality to "Prioritize Stable Connection" within the Sony | Sound Connect app, as this often resolves brief disconnections. For the "weird" ambient sound in noisy areas, this can sometimes be caused by the headset picking up very high-frequency or sudden environmental noises; try adjusting the Ambient Sound control level in the app or briefly disabling the function if you are in an unusually loud environment. If the issue persists after changing the connection setting, please contact Sony Product Support at 1-800-222-7669 for dedicated troubleshooting assistance.

Nice for the price!

Most definitely would recommend these for normal casual day, or even a productive day. Either way these fit nice in your eat. And the ANC is honestly super good, you got for sure hear a difference.

Sony C710N are okay

I was looking for a budget earbud to wear more around the house and I liked the looks of these glass blue Sony's. Found them on sale and couldn't resist. They were pretty easy to connect, however there are no voice prompts to let me know they're connected just a little sound, nor any audible battery status. Starting up the "Sound Connect" was too complicated, asking for too much info and too many steps. I'm still not sure how to interact with the left earbud .

Sound quality was good and others could hear me well. Beyond the struggle of small ears my only other issue was not liking the touch controls. Too finicky and not very intuitive compared to others on the market.

Amazing product

I was originally going for samsung brand earbuds. One of the employees took a whole 30 minutes going through the best options for me. We finally settled on these and I couldn't be happier. Greater sound detail, that just works, but does lack in call sound where I struggled to get enough volume on phone calls, even when ANC is active.
