Perfect headset, mix amp makes for quick easy adjustment to chat and game volume, also has a volume scroll on the headset it self. Works well it’s the GG software.

The sounds quality is probably top 3 headsets ive ever worn for gaming. However, the mic just straight up doesnt work. Cant get the thing to pick up my voice for the life of me.

I wanted the best headphones i could buy at a reasonable price so i watched many videos saying this and the wireless version where really good. The disappointment and distrust i now have for many YouTubers is unmeasurable.
I've never had headphones sound so bad i thought they where broken.
The Mids and High-Mids are so piercing to the ears it's like taking one of those hearing test at a growing frequency. No matter what settings you adjust or look up online it sounds hallow or muffled yet piercing at the same time.
The shape of the ear-covers are circle the shape of every human's ears i know are NOT circle. This makes for a part of the ear getting pinched and with the clamping force so high that you feel like a watermelon with 1million rubber-bands on your head you'll have to take them off many times and rest a few hours before going back in. As if you're fighting Mike Tyson.
The only thing i can say good about these is the Mic was nice and software was easy to use. Along with many settings you can tweak. Not that they will help the sound quality.
If you're wanting to spend lots of money to hear what the worst headphones of all time sounds like I'd go ahead and buy these. If you happen to like yourself and wish to get good sounding headphones maybe try Logitech Pro 2 Lightspeed or any $10 pair of headphones because I'm 100% sure the cheap $10 pair will sound close to if not better than these headphones.

I understand that any experience is only a personal experience and what one person does not like, another person may like.
1. I am not an audiophile, but I have ears and the ability to compare.
2. Probably, you will laugh, but...
3. ... I did not find any difference in sound quality between:
- this Arctis Nova Pro Wired ($250),
- Arctis Nova 3 Wired ($100),
- Logitech - G PRO X Wired 7.1 Surround Sound ($130).
4. There was a little reduction of quality in my old CyberPower wired headphones which I got for free with my PC (I suppose their price is around $ 20-30).
I tried these models with Windows Sonic On in different games and by listening to the music in HD quality.
Thus, what is the point of overpaying? Or am I missing something and not understanding?
Anyway, both SteelSeries are going back. I will try another brand or a cheaper SteelSeries model.

It is comfortable, stylish, and easy-to-use. However, i find the sound diiffcult when using right out of the box. I have to change the settings to apply the correct sound even then it is not enough.

The headset has worked wonderfully I've owned every headset imaginable and these have to be by far the best in audio adjustability and the amount of tuning/control you have.

This is my favorite headset I've used by far. My only complaint was that audiojack didn't fit or sit properly with the included dac so the microphone wasn't working, but I had that one exchanged

At first, I really enjoyed the comfort and sound quality. However, within a month of use, the mic started having issues. After around 3 months of use, the mic completely stopped working, but the rest of the headset worked fine. The support has been incredibly slow, with no response in weeks. This lack of support is really what makes me never want to buy another Steelseries product as you are on your own if something goes wrong

There is zero bass. I went from an old hyper x headset that fell apart after so many years and sounded great. This headset is flat on sound no matter how much you alter it thru the gg app. Then there is the mic, it picks up so much background noise including keystrokes and mouse clicks and even if you set mic volume to 1 it still faintly picks it up, but then you are too quiet. I would not recommend this headset at all, its garbage imo.
