Worked great for almost a year then stopped working altogether

Sounds terrible overall for anything but gaming. Its performance in gaming though is fantastic and makes you a lot more aware. The mixer is great for turning down chats/music during major moments in games

DAC was neat, but the sound quality was not great. Mic wouldn't work. Dual ended 3.5mm jack to plug the headset into the DAC went too far into the DAC and had to be fiddled with in order to get the audio to come out to the drivers in the headset correctly, but the microphone wouldn't pick up on voice; it only output desktop audio to those that were supposed to hear my voice definitely wouldn't recommend. returned same day.

Don't waste your money. This headset is over priced and they keep changing settings. I wasted $250 !!!! And best buy didn't bother telling me it was a 15 day return policy so i am stuck with a useless headset

I had high hopes goin into these but really there not that great sound wise. The software for them is awful and just a pain overall.

These are amazing. Super comfy. Money well spent. I’m glad to be rid of my last pair that used to cause headaches within a half hour of use.

I had some astros a10 before buying these and they sounded way better then the steelseries…. If you want to buy a headset for ps5 definitely recommend turtle beach

Great Audio Quality overall, but using Sonar causes problems. Enabling Sonar behaves as it is an entirely separate output device, making it even more annoying to switch devices. Only other complaint is that the overall build strength isn't great, the headband only attaches to the ear-cups at 1 small point on either side.

The BestBuy rep suggested this headphones and im blown away by the quality. I've been basic my whole life. This is premium sounds!!!

I bought this headset on March 29th @ 1:28pm. The headset was found to be not working on April 20th @ 3pm. I only had this 300$+ headset for 21 days before it just stopped working. I am not rough with my things, and take good care of them, I put the headset into it's bag after I was done using it, and it never left my desk at home. I was the only one to use it in this time period, and had only gotten about 30 hours of usage out of it before it stopped working. Bestbuy stated they wouldn't accept a return for it because it was past the 15 day return policy (Even though I am a plus member, guess I'll be cancelling that pointless subscription), and that I would have to contact steelseries and to go through the warranty process with them. I can't wait until we get a microcenter I will never shop at best buy.

I upgraded from an old steel series headset and these are top quality.

I do like the sound and 3D effect but hated having the wire. That’s why I bought the wireless ones

Really made for the pros and is worth all the money, sound is good, gamedac is amazing

Took some digging to make adjustments, the Audio quality didnt meet my expectations.

Sound quality wash good but sonar gg download for mixer would not work and friends could not here me in discord and I couldn't hear them. Returned these today to get logitech ones.
